Полная тишина никто не мешал все один в один как указано на фото при брони На ресепшене не разговаривают на русском создает некие недобства и намера убирают очень рано если не хотите встать в 8 утра а то и раньше то повесть табличку не беспокоить. |

Очень удобное расположение. Мы воспользовались системой скидок отеля, что позволило значительно сэкономить бюджет путешествия. Красивые, комфортные номера, внимательный персонал. С удовольствием порекомендуем отель друзьям Желательно предоставление отелем элементарной туристической информации о городе, например, планов города, рекламных проспектов по музеям и т.п. (как это делают многие отели). |

Great value for money. The hotel was in a very central position within reach of shops, railway station, trams and bus terminal. The room on the 15th floor was first class. |

Our room on the 5th floor was clean, dark and quiet, despite guests on either side. Staff could not have been more helpful. Very easy access from the railway station and the No. 210 bus from the airport. Lovely view over the city. Our room on the 13th floor was very noisy from the people on the 14th floor, which is a smooking area, not covered in carpet. Only one teabag per room, but additional items were provided immediately on request. If you don't like powdered milk, take some small cartons of sterilised milk. |

The staff at the reception was very friendly, especially the man who organized the taxi for me at 4.15 a. m. to the airport of Gdansk. The room was comfortable and value for money for the overnight stay was okay. The staff in the breakfast room were not very friendly |

Very modern and clean hotel. Very good breakfast. Everything was like mentioned. Location is calm. Helpful staff. Try to book room towards old town. Very nice view. Our first room wasn't with double bed, like we ordered. But the change was easy, so it was not big deal. Cleaners was also little too eager. They come in 9 am as we were still sleeping. Minor details. |

The possibility to use a fitness centre. I am really satisfied with the service of the receptionists and with the quality of the room. The availability of internet included in the room rate was of big importance for me. |

New hotel with clean,nice rooms.Exellent breakfast. My advice would be - to place in rooms instuctions on how to use alarm on tv or buy alarm cloks. |

Friendly and professional staff. Very good location in the centre of Gdansk. Clean and nicely decorated rooms. The room could've been bigger for a 4-star hotel. But still it was fine. |

I spent a weekend for a city trip at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the city centre, 10min. Walking, and 200m far from a shopping centre. Also by feet 10min. To the train station. The check in and out was very fast and without complications, also the luggage store was fine arranged. The cleaning of the bathroom didnt match with the interior of the room. It wasnt possible to close the window because it was blocked and the technician came into the room without knocking on the door on saturday morning. |

really nice modern hotel. I was not expecting such a nice place. Modern styling and comfort. Close to attractions. I hope to return someday. I have no complaints whatsoever and enjoyed my vacation much more because I stayed here. |

well we got soem special rate stay 3 days and pay 2 only. its really 4 stars hotel.Air-conditionig was running well and quiet. procedure at arrival to secured parking lot was rather long to get some special card. Later was not any problem.Hetel is rather big and can happened you have to wait at lifts and crowded at breakfast |

Excellent hotel.Our room was in 17th floor and old with town view.It was just perfect.Hotel location is good for shopping and walk to old town.Rooms are very nice and comfortable.Coffee and tea making facilities. |

Excellent location on the edge of the old town and near the main rail and bus stations. On our last night in the hotel there was a loud banging noise that kept us awake. We rang reception to enquire what this was an they said they would sent security up to check it out. The noise stopped for a while around 2:30am then started up again around 7:00am. |
