Hotel, Location,... Why WI-FI internet is still considered an payable and expensive gadget? In a Hotel like this it should be free... |

It is pretty good located. Rooms are modern and clean and good service facilities for business travelers. After I booked a special price online, I received an Email from booking.com saying that unfortunately the Hotel doesn't have the room available and that was their system error (late update or etc.) and I should pay more (3-4 times of the price that I had booked), sure I didn't accept and objected but this caused me a lot of hassle for no reason and finally the Hotel solved the problem themselves. That was not impressing at all to inform the customer 2 days before the departure while there is no time to fix it and .... |

Nice clean hotel, close to the city centre, comfortable and relaxed following our flight to Poland It would seem that I was charged twice for my room although the bill was for one room for one night. My credit card has been debited twice. |

Good view from room -I was on floor 22. Good room service choice and breakfast. The lift didn't work and went crazy one time. The iron in room didn't work. The water on floor 22 is only a trickle with no power. Pillows too high for comfortable sleep. |

I liked very much the room. It was in a corner and there was glass all around. The price of Internet Access is high. |

Modern, comfortable hotel with great views from higher floors. Well designed rooms, fulfilling all expectations of a 5 star hotel. Due to high occupancy , there was not enough water pressure on the 20 th floor in the morning. However , it was temporary. |

Perfect location in the Financial district och Warzaw. Very close to highway A77. Splendid food and more than perfect breakfast! GPS cordinates N52 degres 14.016 - E20 degres 59.138. Situated with walking distance to both the biggest shopping mall (Arkadia) in Poland and another, very good "all glass covered" mall (Zlote Tarass) with a splendid food court on the top floor with great view over Warsaw. |

Friendliness of staff. Excellent breakfast. Modern and efficient rooms. Too far from the city centre and the historical centre. Nothing to do in the hotel. It has a huge lobby with one bar and only one restaurant in the same place where you have breakfast. Unbelievable for a five-star hotel. Hilton executives please rethink your policies... At a time where even in the smallest cafe wifi and internet is free you can't charge 7 Euros for an hour of internet. |

The breakfast was very good and the rooms large and confortable. The staff (concierge and reception desk) was very nice and were always available to help us. The only negative point is that the hotel is relatively far away from the most interesting part of the town (old town and surroundings). They could have a navette making the linking, each hour. Without this the hotel isnot very appropriate for those who just want to visit the town, even though it can be excellent for other purposes (business, meetings). |
