Fantastic Spa and Gym with Swimming pool... A class above David Lloyd or Fitness First Gyms. Prices were reasonable for this up,market hotel. Felt spacious and very clean.

Yes it was located in Warsaw however there did not seem to be anything around the hotel so felt a little bit out of town. Taxi's took 30 minutes to arrive in the morning and so we were late for our meeting. Why is wifi free in 3* hotels but the Hilton want 76slz per day for the pleasure?

Service OK, friendly staff.

You can not open a window in the room. you can not control temperature in the room, even you shut down heating it still stay warm.

I spent my New Year's Eve there .I loved the executive lounge .we could drink and eat from 6 to 10pm .the rooms were clean ,great choice of breakfast .good value for money (I paid around £60 per night)

The stuff wasn't very helpful,the place was 20 min distance to the center town, surrounding of the hotel is building side.

WiFi only for extra money. Always better go by plane or train to Hilton (Warszaw), because car parking costs too much.

Beautiful room with city view on 25th floor. All you will think you need is in there, as well as coffee and tea corner and very large bathroom. The executive lounge is a very nice idea. The space is homely, bar is open and they serve hot and cold snacks all the time and also the breakfest wich is included to the price. We have been in Hilton for romantic weekend and we have enjoyed very much.

The pool and fitness is open so it is very busy in the afternoons. Also the information there is very poor. I understand that is providing by different company than Hilton.

Everything seemed to be very fine.

Lack of some information. They have restrictions about visiting the pool with a baby. Babies are only welcome during weekends from 1-4 P.M. The problem is I was only informed when I had been there wearing my swimming trunks and a bathrobe already with a kid fully equiped for a swimming lesson.

Classic Hilton hotel with all the amenities you'd expect. Brand new fitness room plus a 4 lane swimming pool (Holmes Place). Nice breakfast buffet.

I did not like the size of the room. Too small. Besides, the shower was not strong enough. Location wise not terrible. Far out of town (3kms). Nothing around the hotel. Very expensive wifi access (38 zlt). I still can 't believe we have to pay extra money for internet connection nowadays when you can get it for free at Macdonalds! Unbelievable!

The hotel is very good quality, the food is excellent, the staff are very helpful. I will certainly go back to the hotel and use it again.It is a good advertisement for the Hilton group.

The splendid location, the business room, the business lounge, the breakfast with a big b, the staff, fitness area in the hotel, shopping malls in the area, guarded parking - everythin perfect! :)

Location was in the business district, so not very close to the city centre, but still easily reachable by public transport, so all in all, for me it was still ok

Holmes Place is the most fabulous fitness center I have ever been! Spacious rooms, fast elevators, quick check in and check out.

Tasty and diverse breakfast.

Unprofessional staff - in the reception and also in the breakfast area. One day one receptionist tells us that everything is already paid, but on the next day another tells us that we need to pay extra. We needed three receptionist to check out. In the breakfast area there was not enough staff, as people needed to wait quite long for assistance. And one person was working as he did not want that job. Generally we were disappointed with the performance of hotel's staff - we were expecting better standard from Hilton hotel...
