Hilton Warsaw Hotel & Convention Centre    

Hilton Warsaw is a very good hotel in a modern building. Nice buffets. Central location.

The Hilton Warsaw Hotel is quite a safe bet when you travel in Poland. There is not much to complain about so I'm happy to recommend this hotel to any further guests who desire to stay there. We are a young french couple from Paris, and we usually like to find a bit of our lifestyle wherever we travel, and the Hilton Warsaw is great.

The bathroom, the soft bed,good tv and great roomservice and nice fitness and spa.

10 min from shopping centre and 20 min from old town. The area around the hotel. Oh by the way the rooms are not very well isolated,in the morning you hear every door go open and close very hard as they deliver room service to other gasts!

The fitness center is good and the swimming pool is good also.

no music channel in TV, musty air due to airconditioning & no possibility to open a window

The staff were really great and the swimming pool was excellent since it was a real fullsize (more or less) pool instead of the typical hotel pools which are tinny. The gym also looked good though I didn't use it. Also, regardless of the fact that the price of the hotel's parking was a bit steep, there was lots of metered parking (free on weekends, holidays and in the evenings) all around the hotel.

The rooms are well designed and very comfortable. Loved the bath robe and slippers. The room service was very fast and delicious. The gym and pool are world class - definitely worth a visit. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was too expensive for polish prices.

Great hotel!! With excellent value for money.. Everything was just perfect! Contemporary design, professional and friendly staff, good collection of tv channels, Cousy and very comfortable room, ... Would never even think about trying another one

Absolutely nothing

Very comfortable king size bed and rooms has bathrobes and slippers, so all in all it was good.

room wasn't serviced properly- not clean, wireless internet although a strandard in most hotels in your hotel wasn't easily available and very costly, access to pool with children... limitations seem to be a joke...

Great rooms, pleasant and open buffet area with super breakfast, not too far from the centre and the sights.

Excellent hotel, a geat experience. Staff are brilliant and always helpful. Would recommend trying the food as very well priced for the quality. One of the best hotel experiences in a long time. If staying in Warsaw again, I wouldn't bother looking elsewhere. Very impressive!!!

At a push the location is a little out of the centre, but when a taxi is so cheap it isn't a problem.

Very friendly staff. Room was well designed and had a nice bathroom.

The spa is excellent. The staff could not do enough to help me. From the Cleaners to the IT guy. Nobody could do enough to help. What a team the Hilton have over there. Thank you!!

The bar can be expensive. This is the same of all hotels really. There is nothing I can fault the hotel on. Its class stay here.

Superb hotel as expected for the name but much better then expectation of the price paid on here. Holmes Place was where I spent most of my time as I was in need of a relaxing break and the facilities more then made my visit to Poland enjoyable.

Everything is fine...

The design of the hotel is perfect, not too posh, not too simple - simply perfect! The staff is very helpfull. The breakfast is immaculate and the best I ever had. Executive lounge is the place to be, with all the complimentary beverages, cookies and other snacks. In room, the bed is very comfy. Pillows are from a super anti allergen thing .

The location is a bitt off, but a nice 15 minute walk from Central Station is all you need to get there. View from the room is not the best, but it's Warsaw :)

Everyone at the Hotel were friendly and professional, they couldn't do enough for you

Despite paying for my trip three four months before my stay someone at the Hotel asked my bank for another authorization for the full amount this caused me problems and embarrassment that I did not need. The hotel when I pointed this out were extremely apologetic and tried their best to sort things out and threw in a taxi ride to the airport and some drinks in the bar
