Location is awesome... The property is clean and well kept. Staffs were friendly and approachable, well trained I must say... We woke up one morning because of mosquito flying around our ears & it was so upsetting... And breakfast is way so expensive considering the location...

I like the staff friendliness and cleaness of the room. Great location, close to shopping centre and walking distance from old town. I didn't like that I was allocated to smoking room without checking with me if I was a smoker.

Wired internet is so outdated and they refuse to provide me with any wifi router. What good is this internet if I dont have a laptop with me? Whaen I tried to exit to parking from a lift wich is closer to my room the door was closed and there were no signs about it so I had to walk through entire hotel and exit from another place, thats just stupid. There is no information about when and where breakfast starts. And the breakfast is rather poor for the 4 star hotel.

Holiday Inn Bydgoszcz has a perfect location - next to the old town and close to the railway and bus station. Lots of restaurants and pubs within a short walking distance. The design of the hotel is simple but yet sophisticated. All in all, a very good price-quality relationship. The Internet cable in the room was too short - you can't use your laptop in the bed.

High quality hotel, well furnished rooms and very nice bathrooms; as you would expect for this brand and price. Parking costs extra but it is secure. Free wi-fi only available in the lobby.

This is a fantastic hotel in a great location, really close to the market square with plenty of bars and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff who all speak good English. Would highly recommend and will stay there again on my next trip to Bydgoszcz.

Location is wonderful - in the heart of the city, the rooms decorated in clean modern style. Hotel is new, but details in the room not perfect. I would expect more according to the european standards. We had some problems with hot running water. In my opinion parking is too expensive.

Dogodna lokalizacja, czysto, komfortowo. Bardzo "słabe" śniadania, a cena nie uwzględniona w cenie pokju to 60zł/osoba !!! Poza tym serwowane do stolika, brak szwedzkiego stołu.

Sehr sauberes Hotel und Zimmer.Personal an der Reception sowie im Restaurant waren sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel aufjedenfall weiter.

Pokój wygodny,przestronny.Doskonała lokalizacja hotelu -centrum blisko Wyspy Młyńskiej :) Personel na recepcji udzielił błędnej informacji odnośnie godzin otwarcia restauracji - wysłał nas do zamkniętej (czynna dopiero od godz. 17.00 !!! ) - dla głodnych przyjezdnych pozostaje bar i restauracje poza hotelem.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, ciekawy design pokoju Bardzo małe łożko (podwójne). W tv co prawda 26 kanałow, ale co ponad połowa to kanały zagraniczne, a na dodadek ok 10 kanałow w ogóle nie było ustawionych. Brak kanału muzycznego. W łazience piękny design, ale funkcjonalność np kabiny prysznicowej - fatalna. Parking koszmarnie drogi, śniadania za 60 zł od osoby? To jakas kompletna kpina. W momencie kiedy do restauracji zawitało nagle ok 30 osób kuchnia nie dała rady I należało czekać na jedzenie ponad godzinę. Drzwi fatalnie tłumiące odgłosy z korytarza. W łazience tylko dwa małe ręczniki na dwie osoby - należało prosić się o kolejne. Podobnie z kartą do pokoju - w standardzie jedna, należy prosic o drugą. Ogólnie hotel zasługuje moim zdaniem na 3, nie 4 gwiazdki (brak basenu, sauny).
