The hotel has an excellent location, just by Złote Tarasy, close to all the buses, trams and metro. The room was clean with big, comfy beds. The window in my room was broken so I arrived to a cold interior but it got fixed immediately and the heating did the good job. The safety box in my room was a nice solution. Without informing me 200 zł was blocked on my credit card for future possible expenses (sic!) although the hotel does not offer much without paying for it in advance. There was no Internet connection in my room. The room bar was closed at all times and there was no hot alcohol drinks available in the hotel bar (in winter time!).

We stayed at this hotel last year and we enjoyed it alot more then. Value for money was the best we could find last minute due to a re scheduled flight. Breakfast way to expensive at 80 zloty pp. for that type of money you can eat well at a cafe for 2 people. Location is excellent across the road from zlote terasy and warszawa centralna train station. Taxi to the Air port was only 30 zloty. Room was clean and comfy. Internet 35 zloty for 1 day bit much since most hotels offer free wireless these days Internet should be free for the price of rooms and breakfast way over board on prices

Very clean. Location is pretty good, although bit far away from the old city. Big shopping mall is next door, but there are no souvenir shop. Breakfast if bit expensive. WiFi is not free in the room (though it's not that expensive). Room was bit cold, the heating system should work more.

Loely refurbished hotel with friendly staff. Rooms great size and nice and clean.Excellent location for shopping. Very central being across the road from a large shopping centre. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice.

Location: opposite to am huge shopping center (incorporating Hard Rock Cafe Warsaw). Very close to the Central Station. Depending on the traffic the way to airport takes 10 to 20 minutes by taxi. Wi-Fi connection is not reliable even at the lobby. Weak signal in the room costs about 10 eur per day. Breakfast is not included and is offered for over 20 eur per person.

This is a good, comfortable and very friendly hotel. It is located very conveniently for travellers and business people - nearby Warsaw Central Railway Station and big shopping center "Zloty Tarasy", inside the main Warsaw buseness district "Warsaw Towers". 15 minutes by taxi to the airport (~15eur, also very good). Strongly recommend.

Perfect Location, Perfect Value for Money. Stuff are very helpful and nice. 80 Zloty for breakfast is too much, you can get for half price a very nice breakfast at any restaurant in Zloty Terassy shopping center, simply by crossing the street.

The rooms are rather comfortable, clean and preferable to stay at. The hotel itself is big and located in the center of Warsaw. The staff is pleasant, always ready to help and has underground parking that is convenient when travelling by car. Spacious rooms. Unfortunately the restaraunt didn't work on winter holidays.

The room was clean and very calm with windows closed. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The reception was friendly. We were allowed to check in very early at 1pm. The location is excellent. The bed could have been bigger. No nice views out of the window.

Location is good The hotel is not inexpensive but still you have to pay everything extra. Internet, even a breakfast! But you can't check out and pay before going for the breakfast. You find out this after 15 minutes waiting in the queue to the recetion, so you have to stay in the queue one more time after the breakfast.The stuff in the reception is evidently underestimated, however the receptionist working on me was great - communicative and positive even through my unsatisfaction. Beside that I also had a small hole on the bed sheet, otherwise the room was ok. The paid! Internet did not work properly all the time. And the last the bathroom smelled a bit.

Excelent location, despite age pf the hotel still good comfort Executive room was no different to standard room, some of advertised extras were not available. For the hotel of that standard toiletries should be available, and minibar not key-locked. Hotel should also think about exchanging towels to new stock as old is definetely used for too long.
