Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und trotzdem eine ruhige, zentrale Lage. Der Safe im Zimmer liess sich nicht mehr öffnen. |

Das Hotel liegt dicht am Bahnhof, was für Bahnreisende sehr angenehm ist und ist zentral gelegen ,so dass man schnell im Altstadtkern ist. Sehr angenehme Athmosphäre. |

Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Zentrle Lage. Frühstück am Sonntag erst ab 7:30 Uhr möglich. Dadurch kam es zu Schlangenbildung und hektischer Bedienung. Keine Möglichkeit der Fahrradanmietung. |

The hotel is located in Old Town just opposite of Central Station. It is surrounded with bars, restaurants and shops. Hotel stuff was nice and very helpful. The only thing which was not nice, if you have a room at the first floor just above unloading base, you will get a lot of noise in the morning around 3 AM. After that the morning rush of daily workers begin. So don’t expect to get some more sleep after that |

Room service was available via excelent service from lounge bar. Check in was VERY slow, because we just arrived after a group, and only 1 person was on duty. |

Great location right at the Central Train Station, although only a 10 minute walk to the Main Town. Excellent, nice and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed, good space in the room, clean. Delicious breakfast. |

Friendly, helpful staff - this includes all staff from cleaners to reception and waiting staff. Front of House staff clean and smart, intelligent and articulate. I'd also like to give special mention to the cheerful cleaners. I would have been pleased with special price offer for staying 3 nights. Or if I decided to stay at some other date to stay for a week, I'd hope to get some reduction in cost. eg 7 days for the cost of 5. Or something like that. |

The staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful, this applies to both reception and departure. The hotel is within easy access to Gdansk and the local attractions. The rebuild of the hotel bar has overun and was still not available. It is fine providing the discount on the minibar in the rooms but this does not allow you to meet with work colleagues in the comfort of the bar. |
