They kindly arranged lunch boxes for us, as we had to leave before breakfast service started at 6:30 in a morning. |

Fantastic location - very close to the train station. The breakfast was amazing, a huge variety. Lovely touches such as having a bike for hire to use around Gdansk. The room was cool (a/c), clean and comfortable, with a very nice bathroom. Ice was available from an ice machine along the corridor which was perfect for the quiet nights with a drink after a long day walking around. Of all our hotels in Poland, this was one of the nicest. |

I liked the fact that the hotel was basic, simple, clean, functional, quiet, modern, convenient to the old city of Gdansk, and very convenient to the train station. Like the hotel itself, the staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast was good, with substantial variety. I was offered free internet service through a hard-wired internet cable connection in my room, and this worked very well. Well, it is a minor complaint, but the bar tender did not seem to know much about what she was doing the one night I tried to have a drink at the bar. There are probably better places in town to have a drink. |

The room was large and clean, the breakfast was adequate (good coffee!), the location was excellent, on the edge of the old city, opposite to the rail station, the stop for the very cheap airport bus was right in front of the hotel. I arrived at 2 pm and had to wait 90 mins until the room was ready. No wireless internet, but there was a cable net, bring a cable with you. |

The checking in/out process was efficient and well organised The shower curtain in my room diod not meet the base of the shower and flooded the bathroom each time I took a shower. The bar facilities are poor and I did not expect an international hotel chain to close the bar at 11 pm sharp. Smoking was permitted right next to the dining room making breakfast an unpleasant experience. |

The hotel is located in Old Town just opposite of Central Station. It is surrounded with bars, restaurants and shops. Hotel stuff was nice and very helpful. The only thing which was not nice, if you have a room at the first floor just above unloading base, you will get a lot of noise in the morning around 3 AM. After that the morning rush of daily workers begin. So don’t expect to get some more sleep after that |

Great location right at the Central Train Station, although only a 10 minute walk to the Main Town. Excellent, nice and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed, good space in the room, clean. Delicious breakfast. |

Friendly, helpful staff - this includes all staff from cleaners to reception and waiting staff. Front of House staff clean and smart, intelligent and articulate. I'd also like to give special mention to the cheerful cleaners. I would have been pleased with special price offer for staying 3 nights. Or if I decided to stay at some other date to stay for a week, I'd hope to get some reduction in cost. eg 7 days for the cost of 5. Or something like that. |

The staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful, this applies to both reception and departure. The hotel is within easy access to Gdansk and the local attractions. The rebuild of the hotel bar has overun and was still not available. It is fine providing the discount on the minibar in the rooms but this does not allow you to meet with work colleagues in the comfort of the bar. |
