The hotel was extremely comfortable and staff very helpful in organizing trips and taxis. Great location for exploring the city of Krakow. Breakfast excellent choice of food offered. Nothing really.

Location is most convenient to accessing the city centre. Ended up with a sore back after one night, the bed was so poor (I have been travelling for two weeks and staying in different hotels each night with no problem). Air conditioning did not cool the room adequately and we could not open a window. Provided reusable plastic glasses rather than glass ones in the bathroom. When we went to book, there was no information to say the hotel was under renovation and the restrictions that would impose like limited parking, a miserable bar area, etc.

Staff especially bar staff and reception staff extremely helpful and friendly. Location. Roman the driver was brilliant and spent a day driving us around. Early morning building noise!

Location was nice, stuff was really compitent and friendly In a 5-star hotel wi-fi and room service should free of charge. Wi-fi per day was 8 EUR, and service 3 EUR.

Very clean rooms with nice touches such as bath robes and chocolates in bedrooms.staff very friendly and breakfast very good with lots of variety. Very convenient to city centre with well priced taxis to and from hotel.all in all a very enjoyable stay at holiday inn and would have no hesitation in returning. Tony from northern ireland celebrating his 60th birthday with family.

Good location with most attractions within walking distance, good quality, large room, excellent buffet breakfast. A pity that the restaurant is hidden in the basement, while the business meeting room are on the ground floor.

It is close to the old city and the staff was very attentive Wifi in lobby was unreliable and 1 hour free Internet for Priority Club members was not mentioned during check in

location Our room was on the 4-th floor of the main building. The room was very small- 13-15 m2. In the bookning.com I dont see a picture the room like this. I think the staff is deceiver.
