The staff were very friendly and professional and any I approached at reception had excellent English. The breakfast was extremely varied and well suited to the British diet. Rooms were very clean. Not the most comfortable pillow (a bit lumpy) - this is the only thing I can think of! |

Breakfast is the best among hotels we've tryed in Wroclaw, also kid enjoyed nice present, small playground and big box of the toys available for borrowing. Check for weekend promotion price ;) Room was quite small, so after squeezing babycot there were not much space left. |

Good central location . Easy to find 5 minute walk from Central station.Very clean , comfortable & quiet room . Overlooking main road but very little noise if windows are shut . Great breakfast. |

Leider hat mir nur sehr wenig gefallen. Die Lage ist ok, anderes hat sich leider negativ verändert. Nach Übernahme durch SCANDIC erscheint das Hotel heruntergekommen. Alle Bilder wurden von den Wänden entfernt, so dass die Bilderleuchten die leeren Wände anstrahlen. Bei mehr als 0 Grad ist die Heizung nicht ausreichend, dr Gast friert in seinem Zimmer. Die Rezeption weiß dass, schickt jedoch eine winterlich gekleidete Angestellte, die findet, es sei doch warm. Das geht nicht. Das gesammte Frühstück ist kalt. Alle warmen Speisen sind abgekühlt, unmöglich. Trotz Winterzeit läuft im restaurant die Klimaanlage, die leider keine zusätzliche Wärme erzeugt. Auch hier zieht es überall kalte Luft. Ich bin sehr oft in diesem Hotel gewesen, bevor es von Scandic übernommen wurde, jedoch nicht im Winter, so dass diese Erfahrung neu ist. |

zentral gelegen, guter Service, am 1. Abend(16.01.2010) hervorragende Bedienung im Restaurant, gutes Angebot an Speisen, die auch sehr appetitlich serviert wurden, am 2. Abend(17.01.2010) die gleichen Speisen lieblos serviert (Gegrillte Gemüseplatte -Gemüse war halb roh) - das war nicht sehr schön - wir hoffen, es war nur ein Versehen- Kellner meinte, es wären zu viele Gäste (eine Gruppe von 6 Personen), da hätte der Koch keine Zeit. Wir würden aber trotzdem dieses Hotel wieder buchen und hoffen, beim nächsten Mal, die Speisen so wie am !. Abend serviert zu bekommen!!! |
