Propreté, personnel sympa, parking intérieur, chambre fumeur, petite attention pour noël.

Chceck in personal efficient and attentive.

At the breakfast, all what was supposed to be warm dish, was cold.

Excellent staff who would welcome you as a family member.

Its a lovely hotel and my guests are always happy when i book them into this hotel. I will send Secret Surgery Ltd patients to stay here again..

Pleasant and helpful staff, location and parking facility, fair breakfast, generally comfortable room

The beds are good, but the plastic mattress-cover between mattress and sheet makes it very uncomfortable. There must be another way! Parking is convenient though rather expensive. All in all a good 3 star hotel, but not the 4 stars it claims on the booking.com website.

Perfect location for sightseeing in and around Wroclaw. Good value for money. Excellent breakfast selection of food. No need to hire a car as all transport links (train,trams, buses and taxi's) are close to the hotel.

I thought that having to pay 10 PLN's for the coffee and tea facilities in your room was a bit mean (at least that's what I think the sign located next to the tea and coffee facilities said - it was written in Polish)

Free WiFi internet and sauna. Conference room facilities.

Mornings I got no hot water on the 6th floor (probably due to low water pressure to the highest floor). Bad cleaning - I found in the beginning a pack on the floor as a rest of condom Durex. No free place to park in or round the Hotel. (But I found a public place for free not far from Hotel).

The resturant. poor service. We sitting waiting for service for 15 minutes

Staff were very helpful and the restaurant food was superb (at relatively low prices).

Hotel centrale comodo per citta' vicino centri commerciali fermate ristoranti .

Hotel molto rumoroso impossibbile dormire , camera troppo piccola poco confortevole, pochi appendiabiti ,cambio lenzuola e asciugamani per doccia mai effettuate,vetri finestra sporchi mai puliti.

proponowane dania w restauracji sa bardzo nie smaczne.
