Fantastisk trevlig service och duktiga på engelska, bra frukostbuffe och bra service, riktigt bra läge. Det enda var att sängarna var för hårda och att det inte gick att öppna fönstrena och vädra. Sängarna, kanske att dom skulle vara lite mer vakna med slut på toapapper och bara ett set handdukar. Kunna vädra. |

Personalen i incheckningsdisken var mycket trevlig. Beställda dubbelrum 5 st, var förberedda för endast en person. Personalen i baren , speciellt en manlig, mycket arrogant, ovillig att servera. Han hade mycket disk att ta hand om sade han?! Vi blev inte upplysta om Marathonlopp som gick genom stan och orsakade förseningar då vi skulle till flyget med taxi. |

Everything was top class, the breakfast was excellent and all the staff were very helpful,rooms were very quiet and cleaned daily. |

The staff were very friendly and professional and any I approached at reception had excellent English. The breakfast was extremely varied and well suited to the British diet. Rooms were very clean. Not the most comfortable pillow (a bit lumpy) - this is the only thing I can think of! |

Staff was friendly, it was clean, we had a quiet non smoking room, close enough to shopping and city centre and the breakfast was good. |

Location was near train station and not far from historic city sites. The rate was reasonable and the staff was helpful pointing out what to see in a short visit. |

Breakfast is the best among hotels we've tryed in Wroclaw, also kid enjoyed nice present, small playground and big box of the toys available for borrowing. Check for weekend promotion price ;) Room was quite small, so after squeezing babycot there were not much space left. |

Good central location . Easy to find 5 minute walk from Central station.Very clean , comfortable & quiet room . Overlooking main road but very little noise if windows are shut . Great breakfast. |

Czyste pokoje. Biała, pachnąca pościel. Czyściutka i ładna łazienka. Brak podstawowych kosmetykow w łazience. Oprócz płynnego mydła w pojemnikach zamontowanych nad wanną i umywalką, nic nie było. |
