Staff wasn't friendly at all

It really exceeded my expectations of a cheap hostel. The price we payed in comparison to what we got is unbelievably low. For a really low price we got a clean, nicely designed room with a big clean bathroom and a balcony.

Instead of preferred one double bed we got two single beds since no double bed rooms were available.

Central location

Is not a hotel, but a hostel ! Breakfast not possible, Carrefour just around the corner to get some food... Bit dissapointing !

Very good place to stay in Warsaw for a few days for an extremely reasonable price. Strongly suggested if you are not planning to spend a lot of money for accommodation in a capital city of Poland.

It was quite modern and clear, close to the airport. A very quiet place! :)

It was not easy to find the directions to the hotel, the railway station coming from the airport is about 20 minutes walk from it, the tram station is also a bit far from it.

Everything is OK. Good place (not far from the city), good rooms (clean, fresh remodeling), good price. Plane's noise does not bother.

We could not find entrance in the hostel long time as there was night time and no signs were on the road.

- The second room I have been relocated on the first floor was big enough and quite comfortable. Wired Internet was available in this room. - Direct bus route 174 from/to the main train station - Warszawa Centralna. Quite good and quick bus connection, buses 165&148 to F. Chopin airport.

- The first room I had been provided on the top floor was very small and completely different from what was shown on the Booking.com website. I have not seen such small room in any hotel/hostel before. Wired Internet did not work at all as was promised at reception during check in. - Long travel time by direct bus 174, around 30 minutes from/to Warszawa Centralna. - There was no any kettle or other cutlery in the room.

I really love the room. It's minimalist design combine with comfort is excellent and beyond my expectation. The bathroom is simple but beautiful. The cleanliness is very good. The staff is extremely helpful and firiendly. The fact that the whole building is concrete, it gives the extra peaceful and silence in the room that really helps with my sleeping. Overall, my experience is very pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you.

I couldn't use my charger to charge my mobile phone and laptop because the powerpoint in Poland is 2 heads while in Ireland we use 3 heads. I wasn't aware about this before I travel and probably some people too. So if I may suggest, please provide an adaptor so that people like me can use it. Thank you.

Great location, really close to the airport. Clean.

The staff barely speaks english. Also the payment policy is not what it is stated on booking.com. If you pay by cash, they still precharge a deposit on your card for a week. It was noisy - the construction was taking place in the hotel and we were not informed about it when making a reservation or before our arrival. The crowd which was staying in the hostel looked pretty seedy and we were happy we had our room on 8th floor (so nobody would climb up to it) and a lock. Also, there is no toiletries in the bathroom whatsoever. So, next time we are staying in a different hostel/hotel.
