Hotel looks nice, modern, excellent breakfast, so everything is fine, but it's located on the main street - really very noisy place: loud Russian songs far after the midnight...

Hotel is a new build and extremely well decorated. Rooms are large and extremely comfortable. Staff are keen to help and very friendly. Price for a 4 star in Poland is extremely low compared to central Europe - a good deal. Facilities are top class, sauna was one of the best I have used plus there is a new swimming pool. My only comment is the food is typically Polish in the restaurant, so do not expect haute cuisine. It is extremly good food, but lacks the finesse of a 4 star hotel restaurant.

Hyffsat läge men bra bit ifrån shoppinggatorna. Ultramodern inredning fast i gammal byggnad, lite motsägelsefullt men bra komfort. Avgift till spa avdelningen och swimmingpoolen som var avgiftsfri var uthyrd och stängd stor del av kvällen.

Najwygodniejszy hotel w Elblągu Fatalna polityka cenowa hotelu, polegająca na publikowaniu cen dla ofert bezzwrotnych w serwisie booking.com x10 (np. 2000 pln/ noc) w przypadku małej ilości wolnych miejsc...

Profesjonalna, sprawna, kompetentna obsługa recepcji, rzadko spotykana na takim poziomie. Polecam ten hotel nie tylko z tego powodu - miłe zaskoczenie!

perfektní bazen, sauna, masáže, bohatá a dobrá snídaně, možnost parkování v kryté garáži Hotel je tzv. designový, ale nepraktické pokoje. Dvoulůžková postel je jen 14O cm úzká, sprchový kout je z jedné strany otevřený, takže voda stříká po koupelně, skleněné stěna sprchového koutu trčí do prostoru proti dveřím - nebezpečí úrazu. V koupelně neustále běží hlučné odsávání. Za dveřmi ze šatny do bazenu je hned díra s desinfekcí, což nikdo nečeká, takže tam lidé padají.

Понравилось в принципе все. Хороший завтрак. Персонал вежлив, дружелюбен. По русски не понимают, но по английси говорят все. Бассейн небольшой, но так как гостей в отеле было немного, неудобства от этого не было. Парковка своя подземная. Находится в историческом центре города. Ужинали в ресторане отеля. Кухня была выше всяких похвал. Очень вкусно. Рано звенит колокол и бъют часы в костеле, просыпаешся. Отель немного дороговат для такого маленького города.

Lokalizacja ok. Personel recepcji nie wykazał zbytniego zainteresowania nami, nie był przyjazny i zbyt pomocny. Zamówiłem łóżko podwójne typu małżeńskiego, niestety otrzymałem łóżka pojedyncze. W hotelu czterogwiazdkowym, przy takiej cenie, rzecz niedopuszczalna. W pokoju brak czyscika i łyżki do butów, brak szczotki do ubrań

Месторасположение, наличие саун (турецкая, финская), бассейна, отличный завтрак. По приезду детская кроватка в номере уже стояла. Вопросов к персоналу никаких. Тишина. Отсутствие тапочек в номере.

Es hat einfach alles gestimmt: + Freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr aufmerksam und bemüht + das Essen + Preis-Leistung + Lage ruhig in der Altstadt mit sehr gut gedämmten Fenstern und hervorragender Verdunklung, Betten mit sehr guten Matrazen (für meine Frau aus gesundheitlichen Gründen besonders wichtig beim Hotelaufenthalt) -> bester Schlaf garantiert + Zimmerausstattung + sehr schöner Wellnessbereich + sehr gute finnische Sauna (sehr gutes Holz -> gute Saunaluft, Saunieren garantiert) einfach alles - hier werden wir noch öfter herkommen! Vielen Dank!!!

Die Lage-sehr sauber-das Restaurant- die Duschen sehr flach gehaltenes,- ist sehr ruhig. Im Bad,-keine Zahnbecher- keine Kosmetika im 4 * Hotel üblich. Speisekarte nicht in deutsch,- wir haben 2 Stunden aufs Essen gewartet (viel zu lang-bringt ärger) keine Entschuldigung dafür. Die Bar schließt um 23.00 Uhr. Frühstückstisch nicht zumutbar. Es fehlte jeden morgen so manches.Der cafe,die Milch,die Butter,die Brötchen usw.Oft waren die Tische nicht wieder neu eingedecckt usw. Das hintere Umfeld ist nicht sehr schön anzusehen. Dieses ist die Meinung vieler gewesen.Wir wollten uns beschweren,haben es aber gelassen.

Schöner,grosser Pool,der jederzeit benützt werden kann.Moderne, komfortabel eingerichtete Zimmer,gute Lage in der rekonstruierten Altstadt,geräumige Tiefgarage.Gutes,phantasievoll gestaltetes Frühstücksbuffet. Tiefgreifende Bauarbeiten im Umfeld des Hotels, die bereits in den Morgenstunden gut hörbar waren.

Posizione in un quartiere rinnovato ,ristrutturato con contributo cee ottima spa negozi,ristoranti a pochi metri,nello stesso quartiere.ottimo anche ill ristorante all' interno dell hotel,in un grande salone col tetto trasparente, di bel disegno moderno. E' un po' lontano dai parchi che sono nella zona,ma la particolarita' del quartiere compensa ampiamente.uhf

отель очень замечательный, удобно расположен в центре исторической части города . отель очень комфортный , хорошие просторные номера , сервис на высоком уровне. очень красивый отель по дизайну, стильный, современный. бассейн , с наличием каскадного гидромассажа с очень красивой подсветкой , просто вызвал у нас восторг. персонал отеля очень милый, внимательный. отдыхать в таком отеле , просто удовольствие.впечатления остались самые приятные. хочется еще раз приехать в этот отель.
