This hotel was excellent, the staff were very nice and extremely helpful.It was located in a quiet street but only a short walk from the main square. I would like to thank everyone at home for making our trip so special.

The hotel is well situated (next to the city center and castel), has nice TV/radio equipment and good breakfast

The carpet in our room was in terrible condition (very, very dirty). room and bathroom are quite small, not very good value for price

I travel alot. This is the nicest place I have stayed for this price ever! It was clean, comfortable and the bathroom was better the my real home bathroom, I just loved, I mean loved the staff. They were so helpful, friendly, kind, and available. The breakfast was good. Personally I loved the décor. Who ever did the tile in the red bathrooms was an amazing craftsman! Great stay!

Only that I can not stay there in every town I visit!

Nice and friendly athmosphere by the staff. Silent location, as well as very central location, is a great combination. Fresh and large rooms. Breakfast food was fine, eventhough some more healthy type of bread could be offered..

Bathroom incorporated only by glass-wall inside the room wasn´t so pleasant, really. No cupboards at all in the room, forced you to have all items/clothes allover the room, which is not pleasant. Very noicy breakfast facility/room.

This was a neat hotel, just outside of the old city in Krakow and about a ten minute walk to the Stare Miasto. I had a double room, which was clean, bright and well situated.

There were a few items that were mostly situational: there had been a leak in air conditioner, and the carpet in my room was wet in one section (they warned me about it at check in, but it was still somewhat unpleasant). It turned out I had to catch an earlier flight and was still charged for breakfast in the room rate although I couldn't even get one to go. I found the religious decor a little over the top for my liking, although it works overall as a theme for a boutique hotel.

Nicely modernised building, easy walking distance of the central squares. Breakfast with eggs cooked anyway you want and freshly squeezed juice. Free WiFi, Gym.

Only a minor criticism: lack of English TV channels

Loved the aesthetic - our room was striking yet functional. The staff were great - offering tours and helpful advice on where to go and what to do. And they knew their city - such a great thing.

The bathroom curtain needs to be a bit thicker -- while I love the design element of our room (we were No 4), the curtain in the bathroom was too thin to really allow much privacy. My friend and I are close, but not THAT close. Would also like some room in the bar fridge to put my own stuff.

We stayed 4 nights and the whole amount of our payment was blocked on the card , at depature we pay the same amount.The money are blocked till now(20day already).I think thе policy is to block the sum of the 1stnight

Top Marks for Home. Designer rooms. Boutique feel. iPod dock for music. The hotel went out of it way to meet a booking change. No corporate rule following. Just excellent customer service. Totally impressed

No bad points

All of the staff at the Home Hotel were very friendly and helpful. They booked all our trips and when we arrived they said we had all been upgraded to a suite as we were staying for 7 days. They also recommended excellent restaurants in the locality of the hotel. An excellent hotel close to the town. Would certainly use again.

Staff Room Breakfast

What a wonderful break we had, took my mum away for a week to somewhere we both had not been before, what made this so special was the Home hotel, their staff and making us feel so welcome. What an amazing experience from some very passionate staff, from the rooms maids to the reception staff. Breakfast was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble from the restaurant staff to the chef, We have not stopped talking about it since we returned to the UK and would not hesitate in recommending the Home hotel for any stay when you are in Krakow in the area, we will certainly be back and bring our family with us, Thank you Home hotel, you made our stay in Poland wonderful

Clean and modern design. iPod deck in room, complementary tea & coffee. Nice shower room. Friendly and feels safe. Overal, lovely place to stay and very central. Staff allowed us to leave bags in hotel after check out

Air conditioning did not seem to have much effect on the temperature but this didn't matter as it was winter

Very clean and modern hotel, amazing value for money. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, assisting me book a train as well as tours etc. The hotel has a great feel to it and is in a great location. Ill definately stay there again if in Krakow.

The breakfast could have been better, if you wanted eggs you needed to request them but the service staff person was out of the restaurant quite a bit.

Very comfortable and big room, close to Old city, nice staff.

The heating is quite noisy, and also if you are unlucky with neighbors the walls are not very soundproof.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this hotel. It is a new building so it is modern and cosy. Rooms are big and always warm. We were left some complimentary chocolate and a letter from the manager which was lovely and made us feel at home. Staff were excellent and were able to direct us all over the town and also recommend restaurants. It is approx 5 minute walk to the main market and is right beside the tram. Breakfast was well worth it and had a wide selection of foods to choose from. Overall we could not fault one thing and would happily return in the near future.
