The guy in reception at night was incredibly kind and professional: I would like to have employees like him. Position is perfect for airport and shuttle service on time.

Super friendly/nice staff. Good location to the airport, with a shuttle option. Beautiful room with modern facilities but a cool traditional style. Good breakfast buffet. Clean bathroom, great shower. Didn't have the chance to use the hotel's extra facilities, but they looked nice. :D

The shuttle was free one way (great) but cost 10zl the other way. Still, not much of a complaint.

Ideal hotel for stopover before or after travelling from Katowice Airport especially for late night flights. Excellent pick up/drop off complimentary shuttle bus provided by the Hotel. Very comfortable bed and quiet location to re-charge before onward travel. Decent breakfast with eggs of choice cooked to order. Plenty of choice for Continental breakfast. For onward travel from Katowice Airport the bus service is reliable and takes around 40 minutes and costs around 26 PLN (approx 6.00 GBP). Bus stops near the Railway station for onward travel. Can thoroughly recommend.

the hotel fantastic, very very clean room amazing restaurant - food just perfect hotel staff friendly and helpful free drop off to the air port following superb breakfast one of the best places i have been so far ( service and food mainly)

Lack of air conditioning in all hotel

Everything was great, great territory, very clean air from surrounding trees, nice hotel if you have early flight.

Only first transfer is free, another is 10pln, but which is more inconvenient that you have to call them from airport for pick up. It was easier for me to take taxi which cost 17pln.

I stayed with my wife at the hotel for one night traveling from Kyiv to Rome. As a place of transit for travelers - great. 2-3 km from the airport, free shuttle to and from airport, clean neat rooms, friendly staff. And all this at reasonable cost.

no tea or coffee in the room, poor breakfast, restaurant staff not very friendly....no good morning, no nothing....if not the poor brekfast experience, I would say an excellent hotel...

Affordable, very good quality overall. Nice food in restaurant at very low prices. Nature all around, many trees and fresh air.

Realy perfekt, absolut nice personal, beautyfull comfortable Rooms with Balkon. We areved before Season and one doubleroom for 60 Euros.+++++ Evertime again !!!! Grettings Thomas

It is enough for a transit (for one night). there is one bed and one shower! Just that we need when you take the plane very early. Good point : 5 minutes from the airport

The enviroment is very bad!! When you are arriving by night you feel not good! You are in a bad area not very lighting... It is quiet strange... It was ok for us but just one night not more. The room is small and the decoration very old.
