The hotel was in a great location and very central. The room was small but of a high standard and very clean and tidy. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay. |

I loved this hotel and I have travelled a lot. The staff were very proactive-from the minute the booking was made they emailed me in perfect English and offered to pick me up at the airport-when I wrote back that I was coming by train they gave good advice on which taxi to take. They were incredibly nice and helpful at reception and spoke very good English. Hotel was very clean, stylish and modern. The buffet breakfast, included, was excellent-a big choice of food. It was 2 mins walk to the old town's central square so was a great location as well. I will stay here again. Loved it. They should get rid of cheap plastic glasses in room and put in real glass glasses-it's Poland where glass comes from! And remove the dried flower arrangements-they do not match the modern, trendy decor. Very minor quibbles though-I really loved this place. |

Courtesy of all employees and helpfulness to get us whatever we needed. The last night we were there, a bunch of teenagers with only about 4 adults took over the place. They were loud, rude, and clearly were not being supervised. The adults with them did not "teach" them hotel etiquette. |

Hotel staff; nicely deocrated; good breakfast; very comfortable bed and clean bathrooms While the quiet street made it easier to sleep, i wouldn't walk down there on my own at night. Otherwise no complaints and would definitely recommend the place |

Very good location, easy walk to square and access to trams. Modern inside, old exterior, tidy upgrade. Good breakfast, handy bar , but closes early ! Krakow is a lovely city and Hotel Amber a very good hotel. Wooden floors. |

Nice room, lovely corner shower. Tea/coffee in room. Safe, quiet area just outside centre but only 5/10 mins walk to main square. Breakfast was adequate but not much choice. Easy 15 mins walk from bus/train station. I felt that the hotel was slightly overpriced especially as Krakow is a relative cheap city to visit. |

Short walk to centre of old town, trams and buses. Staff very good, always very helpful. Breakfast fine. We chose this hotel because of price and guest rating which were about right. Breakfast area cramped when may guests eat at the same time. |
