Score from 248 reviews Wonderful
Easy access to square, 24 hr reception, size of rooms and size of TV.
One morning very little breakfast (I don't think there were many guests staying) and some sort of heating would have been nice in the smoking area garden
Excellent service all week. Very warm thanks to Ella, for providing extra soft mattress. Staff very pleasant and helpful. If you visit Krakow - this is the place to stay! This is not only a very nice hotel it is much like a travel agent as well. Reception desk helped to book restaurant for NewYearsEve, excursion to Saltmine and taxi to Airport. Also pointed out everything we asked about on maps and helped us with trams. We felt like kings! Couple from Stockholm
Cannot find anything to dislike and we travel a lot and are sometimes picky!
This hotel was great in 2013 and now its bigger and better. It is on a quiet street(no trams)but still close to the main market square.Very good English speaking staff.Good value for money
The hotel is located a few minutes' walk from the old market in Cracow. The street is quite quiet (no trams in the street) and the car park is a few hundred metres away. Generally, a good place to spend a few days' break in this city.
Nothing, all went well.
location, facilities great. just 5 min away from center.
Mamma Mia's--Fab pizza. 5 min walk to main square. Everywhere is "walkable" if you don't mind a little exercise.
Bit of a walk to bars/restaurants which were clustered in Jewish quarter and south of main square.
Friendly hotel conveniently located Main square a short walk spotlessly clean War a nd welcoming
The hotel was best I stayed in when goin to Xmas markets. Hotel superb and staff so helpful, nothing to much trouble. Would definitely go there again. 5 mins walk to market and square.
Everything was excellent
Having a hotel which was approx 10 mins walk to the main square Krakow and having wifi. There was also the possibility of making tea and coffee in the room.
Switiching on the light in the from the bathroom from outside the door - this would disturb the other person sleeping in the room. The door should have opened on the left side so the light shone into the corridor instead. Even with high ceilings in the room some of the other guests were extremely noisy (talking loudly) until the early hours of the morning.
Staff were very nice, very helpful, and spoke perfect English. Breakfast was nothing special but certainly did us every morning. Hotel was spotlessly clean.
The "international" satellite tv did not have a single English speaking channel. The smoking garden did not have a light in it making it very hazardous at night. The little shelves beside our beds were very easily detachable from the wall and so fell several times when touched. The bar was pathetically stocked with 2 beers and either red or white wine. That's it. No spirits!?
All the staff at the hotel very polite people and they helped me about places to visit, tours etc :D The breakfast excellent everyday :D The cleaning staff very nice people too The location is very close to the center, pubs, restaurants and some shops.
Great helpful staff Very cosy
Breakfast could be better but I suppose you get what you pay for
Reception staff were superb, always helpful. Location is very handy for Market Square, 7 minute walk. Spotless rooms. Breakfast was really good, but most of all the value for money was outstanding. Absolutely recommended.
Nothing worth commenting on here.
Everything ran so smoothly from airport transfer to booking tours all through hotel. Fantastic service all round
Nothing to grumble about whatsoever
Hotel bar is pretty lame
A real gem. We loved the location and décor.
Not sure why, may have been proximity of bathroom door to bed but we kept on walking into the corners of the bed ....very sore and bruised ! Would still highly recommend this hotel.
very quiet and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Shower superb and hot!
Bar facilities.....very poor stock! only beer or wine available
The staff were friendly, helpful, accommodating and spoke excellent English. The variety on offer for breakfast was excellent and the facilities were also excellent. Room was spotless and decor lovely. Safe & complimentary tea/coffee, bottled water & cherry brandy were a nice bonus
There was nothing we didn't like
Excellent value for money, extremely clean, staff were friendly and helpful
Beds were a bit creaky
Location, atmosphere, rooms, staff and breakfast were all excellent. Stylish period features in reception and breakfast rooms with modern, well appointed bedrooms.
Parking was on the street outside and a little costly - payment machines only take coins and reception was short on change...
the beds the breakfast the service
friendly, helpful service. Very professional.
Nice room and helpful staff.
Good hotel, good location, quite and calm.
The room was really quiet although our room looked over a road and there were other guests in the hotel; it was not until breakfast that I realised how full it was. The room was modern and really comfortable; I slept well.
I would have preferred to have the underground parking we arranged
