Location is excelent and the room we stayed was very big! Breakfast was also very nice.
All that was ofereced.
Very good breakfast, nice people.
Restaurant with good local meal and reasonable prices (with discount for the hotel clients), very good Wi-Fi connecting, good and pleasant staff, free underground private parking
Air conditioner didn`t work well
Everything was high quality standard. Rooms (we had a triple and a double) were comfortable and very spacious. Place was always clean and staff was very helpful. Breakfast was super too. Location only 5 mins away from Wawel and 10 mins from city centre.
Only thing was the little noise at night coming from the pubs/bars/restaurants in the street but we could live with that.
Our room and bath were adequate although the bathroom never got any A/C into it. At least we had A/C -my sister and brother-in-law's room's A/C wouldn't work and it was hot. The location is good and a close walk to the tram stop to get into Old Town or the Jewish Getto area which was very interesting. Staff was friendly and helpful.
There was no place in the shower to put shampoo, etc. and no drain for the sink for my husband to shave. Thank goodness I always carry one with us. We had made a reservation for underground parking but were told when we arrived there was no space so the car had to be parked on the street until there was an opening. Why make a reservation if it is not going to happen?
Underground car park and possibility to leave car after check out while we went on a tour. Very good breakfast.
Aircon did not work properly so room was very warm. Pillows very flat and unsupportive. No fridge or coffee in room, fridge would be nice addition to keep drinks cold at such a warm time of year.
Staff were generally very friendly and could speak English quite well. The location is quite good (except for the noise), with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and is about 15-20 minutes from the town centre.
The hotel is located on a busy street where bars seem to stay open all night and there isn't a curfew for drinking outside the bar (as far as I know) so people were talking loudly/shouting on the street all night. It might be better at the back of the hotel. Also, I stayed in a triple room with single beds, which were very uncomfortable. The window in the room was also broken so it was open ajar, which didn't help with the street noise.
Location close to city centre Friendly staff Nice room Nice breakfast Lift to rooms Parking (limited headroom max 5ft 5")
Charged credit card in pounds instead of zloty with out asking. Aircon in room didn't work, however electric fan provided. Slow intermittent WiFi
Air condition doesnt work. Too hot in the room below roof.
The location was ideal ,full of history, lots of places to eat and drink. Unlike uk every shop is different and the staff so very helpful. The same has to be said for the hotel, cafes and bars, nothing is to much trouble.Looking forward to returning (same location and hotel) but with the wife this time as she will love this european city
Received number of gifts and ciders as an appology for the fact a/c was not working. Very helpful staff, ready to answer any question and help out any way possible.
On arrival the a/c was not working all weekend.
Excellent location in the city center
Parking garage a small, owners want to tucked more cars than normal fit in the parking.
Great location, good attitude from the staff, very nice and cozy breakfast room.
Breakfast and location, room adequate and clean ,all you need is there
Could be noisy due to location and some strange noise of water in aircondition(maybe problem in our room 215 only)but nothing major
The location and the very friendly and clever staff
Location, privat parking place
There is not WiFi acces in the room.
Location was excellent, breakfast room very cousy, many places to go go just around the corner or in a walking distance. Recommended for sure!
Ordering a taxi for next morning through reception resulted in a very expensive airport ride. Taxi was not a taxi, but a private individual with his unmarked car with no meter ,charging 250% of a taxi rate. No receipt was provided at the end of the ride and had to send a few emails and make a few calls till I finally got a receipt.
Safe Parking possibility, one sort of bread at breakfast is fantastic. Very helpful staff at the reception, central location at Kazimierz.
Location was good and the staff was friendly. Their breakfast was very good too!
As for the hotel itself, the view was not of a synogauge as advertised, and the internet kept dropping in the room. Many times, I had to step into the hall in order to be able to use it. Also, we took a tour from one of their recommended guides. I will admit that it was mainly a language barrier issue, but when we asked the front desk if the guide would act as a tour guide and walk us thought Auschwitz I and II, and the Salt Mines, they said yes. However, he told us a couple of facts and then left us at the Auschwitz camps to read/explore on our own. That wouldn't of been so bad, but we were not given enough time (in my opinion) for each site. We were told we had 90 minutes at the first camp, and 30 minutes at the second to be back at the van. If it was not so busy, 90 probably would of been okay at the first, but then there is no way 30minutes was enough for the second, which is a lot bigger than the first. Then our guide took us to the salt mines. I would suggest to do some research about the mines and their tours in advance. The one he took us to go to was very interesting, but was very long. We also found out about other tours there that interested us more after completing the 3 hour tour. Overall: good hotel, just don't count on having internet in your room or a wonderful view.. But it was a good location. Also, do your research for tours outside of the hotel's recommendations.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room that they gave us i think it was a suite, it was very spacious with a large living room, a big double room with king bed and two bathrooms, the room was number 102. The breakfast was included in the total price of € 34 bb and it was very good with typical polish products. I really suggest to book this Hotel that is not so far from the main attractions of the city.
That the hotel was fully booked the day after our arrival and we cannot extend our stay.
good location, great staff, very good food , clean :)
Excellent hotel close to main square
Centrally located for walking tours. Value for money.
