It was OK. The interior a bit pretentious. Good standard, nice price. TV a bit old. I wouldn't recommend to use hotels cosmetics especially body lotion. |

Staff very nice and everything was very clean. Room was quiet. I thought luxury 4 star, but it looks maybe 4 star, it is not more between 2 or 3 stars facility what one is used to in Europe. Slept in attic, bumped head several times, room had no view (only one in the roof, very claustrofobic) bath leaked (slipped once in bathroom), no coffee/tea in room, breakfast was very awful (bread few days old! |

very nice and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. A huge and varied breakfast buffet, The beds were a little uncomefortable. |

Super Lage und sehr gut ausgestattet, reichhaltiges und abwechselungsreiches Frühstückbuffet, wegen der verhältnismäßig geringen Zimmerzahl ruhig und stilvoll, keine Massenabfertigung Personal könnte etwas freundlicher sein liegt vielleicht an den mangelnden Sprachkenntnissen . Aber Englisch müsste doch möglich sein.. |

Super Frühstücksbuffet, Rezeption durchgehend besetzt, deutsch- bzw. englisch sprechende Mitarbeiterinnen, Tag und Nacht überwachter Parkplatz. Ruhiges Haus mit 30 Zimmern. Lift vorhanden. Super Service. Eins unserer gebuchten Zimmer im 3. OG war leider sehr hellhörig, Dusche des Nachbarn war hörbar als ob im eigenen Zimmer betätigt. |

Die Ausstattierung war sehr ansprechend, auch die Aufgliederung in 3 Räume gefiel uns.Großes, sauberes Badezimmer. Es war ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht, jedoch roch es in diesen Zimmern nach Rauch.Weiterhin ist der Lärm der Straße so gewsen, dass wir kaum schlafen konnten.Eine Wahlmöglichkeit zur Str oder zum Hof wäre grandios.Dieses wäre ein Grund nicht nochmals dorthin zu reisen oder vorab eine Wunschbestellung abzugeben. |

Im Korridor vor dem Zimmer war eine Raucherecke, und Rauch zog ins Zimmer. Ebenso wurde im Bereich der Rezeption geraucht. Mangelnde Sauberkeit im Frühstücksdienst: nicht benutztes Besteck blieb für den folgenden Gast liegen, und der Tisch wurde mit einer heruntergefallenen, benutzten Serviette abgewischt. |

Mycket fint hotell. Fin restaurang med god mat. Frukosten som ingår i rumskostnaden var fint uppdukad. Det fanns mycket att välja på och det smakade gott. Trevlig personal. Dom flesta som arbetar på hotellet förstår och talar engelska. Vi fick hjälp av personalen i receptionen att hitta rätt i staden. Även om kartan vi fick inte stämde helt överens med verkligheten. |

Nette,schone kamer met gebruik van koelkastje. Bediening die duits en engels spraken.de bewaking aan de poort en parkeergelegenheid op terrein zelf. Minder tevreden over 2 persoonsbed,matras was voor ons te zacht en je had last als partner zich omdraaide , liever 2 -1 persoonsbedden naast elkaar. |
