Location , close to town centre. Quiet and in well cared for grounds. On site parking. Room had balcony. Breakfast good array.. No lift and on 4th floor.. Restaurant not much atmosphere. |

The staff were vey friendly and helpful. The standard of accommodation and cuisine were more than could be expected form a hotel in a small provincial town. About the hotel no - but the travel directions to the hotel could be much clearer |

Znakomita relacja jakości usług do ceny. Bardzo miło i czysto, duże pokoje. Bardzo sympatyczny personel. Hotel położony w cichej willowo/uzdrowiskowej dzielnicy miasta. Dobre śniadanie wliczone w cenę. Odebrałem dwa telefony proponujące udział w jakiejś prezentacji. Po zgłoszeniu w recepcji nie powtórzyły się. |

Hotel położony w sercu uzdrowiska Cieplice, przy pięknym parku. Otoczenie ciche i spokojne. Miła obsługa, dobra kuchnia. Skrzypiące materace, brak suszarki do włosów. Mały telewizor. |

Dygtigt og hjæjpsomt personale, som kunne finde adresser til os i den nærliggende by.Taler både tysk og engelsk. Rent og i særklasse. Overalt tiltalende omgivelser, i hotellet som i det nærliggende kvarter, hvor der var eksklusive gader og parker. Internettet på hotellet virkede ikke, når vi ville på ind på Google og det var i orden på vores hotel nær Krokaw! Alt i alt vil vi absolut anbafale dette hotel. Bjarne og Sigrid Bluhme. Skiltning og rutebeskrivelse kunne være bedre. Måske lidt bedre beskrivelse af skiltningen i byen, men internettet i dag er en udmærket hjælp. |

Lage bequem zur Fußgängerzone, Wellness-Angebot, Parks, Bus und Eisenbahn. Freundliches Personal mit noch geringen Deutsch-Kenntnissen, aber lernend.Schönes, gut renoviertes Haus. Die Dusche ist zu klein, man kann sich nicht umdrehen,ohne die Armatur zu berühren.(Zimmer-Nr 28) |

sehr schön restauriertes Haus; inmitten der Altstadt Restaurant war samstags nach 20:00 schon geschlossen. Ist aber kein Problem,weil es in Fußwegnähe viele Restaurants gibt. |
