Very convenient to the sity centre and sightseeing. In comparison to other European destinations for a 3 star it was too expensive. |

The staff at the reception desk was very helpful and friendly. It has a very nice location, close to the historical center and very quite at the same time. The bed was not so nice as it should be... The breakfast could be better! |

First-rate staff who were very helpful and breakfast was excellent. Great value for room and mini-bar. Airport pick-up was excellent. Bar closing at 7pm seems to be an opportunity missed by the hotel, trip organised was not worth the money charged. |

I liked that it was just two blocks away from the beautiful city center and many tours picked you there. I got the last parking place in the garage. |

the staff were very helpfull. the breakfasts were very good with a good choice.the cleanliness of the bathroom, which is a high priority for me, was very good. the standard of the beds was very poor.we had two single beds, which were very small, they were like camp beds. |

Excellent location - in the very heart of the city, still quiet as it is borderning on Planty - the green ring around the city. Very good breakfast, nice and friendly staff. The hotel rooms are rather basic - camping type tv set, small beds - however, for people who enjoy Cracow 18 hours a day and need a hotel to provide quiet and decent accomodation this is just the perfect place to stay. |

The staff at this hotel were the most professional and helpful people that I have ever dealt with - outstanding. Ask for a room at the back as the front rooms are above a 24 hour club. |

A friendly and well run hotel.Good value for money and good staff.Nice restaurant. Take note that it is far from centre of Warsaw, and may be a problem as travelling to and from eg congresses takes a long time. |

The location of the hotel is close to the central station (Kraków Glówny), Galeria Krakowska (all large city shopping you need) and the main square (Rynek Glówny) in the old town (Stare Miasto) was very appreciated. Really close to everything. Also we were impressed of and very happy with the breakfast buffet at the hotel (as other previous guests also stated in reviews before). |

The situation, which allowed easy exploration of The Old Town. The nightlife was excellent: great variety of cafes, bars and restaurants. |

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, sorting out our flight transfers for our return journey and even organising a packed lunch as we would be up too early for breakfast (which was also very good). |
