location, breakfast food and the lady that was working there in the weekend, she was soo kind.
On saturday night we come back at 01:30 and we had to be in the door waiting around 20 min.
all was great a part from noise at night
a bit noisy
The location is good as we like to stay close to old town and train station. The staff are friendly and provided us helpful info.
The sound insulation between rooms are poor. You can hear next door's noise. Wi-Fi was not working for the 1st night we stay. the 2nd day WiFi was on and off.
Location inside old town walls. Easy access to all major attractions. Simple functional clean room. Great buffet breakfast. Did not hear any noise at night as others have complained of. Friendly & helpful staff.
Wi-Fi weak in the room probably because of old thick walls. A technical problem not easily overcome.
great location, lovely and helpful staff, breakfast was great. Room was comfortable.
Room faced the street which was very noisy late at night into the morning. No tea/coffee facilities in the room.
everything is great, staff is very nice, breakfast is very good, the position is really excellent in the centre of the city
There was not frigo bar in the room
Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room, clean bathroom.
The staff were nice. The location.
The carpets and hence the stuffiness of the air. The colour scheme of the rooms - too dark. The lights. The seats/armchairs which weren't comfortable.
clean. fab location to main square/ breakfast was good.value fot money.
no bar!! a little bit noisy early hours
The location of the hotel
The facilities, bed, breakfast, cleanliness
- great location, - friendly helpful staff, - delicious breakfast buffet.
-quite noisy, -a bit late breakfast for business travelers
The receptionists were very nice and friendly.
the noise we heard through out the night from the neighboring bar/cafe.
Location few minutes from old town square
Room service towel not changed
Perfect location. Near all points of interest in old Cracow, near central stations and tram station. Kind staff
The location is excellent, the staff are friendly and professional. I have stayed here many times over the past decade
There is a pub/coffee shop just down the street that has 24/7 loud voices. If you are ina room facing the street and you like to have your window open for ventilation, like I always do, you will have to endure major noise - all night and through the morning.
It's a very good hotel with good location. The main square is only two minutes on foot. The breakfast is copious. The room were clean and spacious.
It's good if u have limited budget for staff and location are good.
Room is very old, poor in facility, breakfast is bad too. No rubbish bin, no tissue paper... Just have the feeling of very empty...
The noice from thr streets all through the night and into the morning.
proximity to the market square
noisy at night until wee hours of the morning because of the bars beside it
Great location and pleasant staff. Good choice of food at breakfast.
We had to ask for a room with air conditioning, it was 80 degrees and very hot in the rooms. The website we booked through gave the impression that all rooms had AC.
Location near Old Town was great! And nice breakfast buffet!
Room decor -
Convenient for amenities and very good breakfast
Being locked out of hotel because someone smoked and set off alarms
Location, big bathroom, breakfast, personnel knows english.
There is a night club too close to the hotel so people can scream and sing songs at night.
We had a big room with a nice sitting and work area. The hotel is centrally located. That's about all the good things I can think to say about it.
Way too expensive for what it has to offer. The room was cold - apparently Krakow thinks that summer starts in April and so the central heating is turned off. When I went down to the reception to complain, the guy gave me a remote control for an AC, which was installed in one corner of the room. It took about 3 hours for this miniature AC to warm up the room a few deg. The advertised towel warmer was installed in the bathroom but it works from the central heating which was turned off... The 'cable TV' had 5-6 channels and the picture quality was terrible.
