Good location, pretty nice rooms, good kitchen - I recommend you. You will find closed parking place 50m from the hotel.

The room was great, had a free mini fridge on arrival, very spacious and exactly as in the pictures. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were helpful and sorted anything out that was wrong immediately. Breakfast was very filling and lots to choose from and basically all you can eat. The location was good, right on one of the main streets in Gliwice. The Wifi in our room had a very low signal, if none at all. The wired internet wasnt working at all, so had to go into the lobby or down towards reception to use their pc by the main window to the street, so nothing stopping people in the street stopping to have alook at what you were viewing online. Car park was on a one way street and wasn't too easy to find from the hotel entrance if you were in the car.

Very helpful and friendly staff, good food, nice rooms ( I don't know how well air conditioned since it was not needed due to cool outside temps). Location close to shopping and banks. Parking in hotel parking lot is not free, however. Paying for parking in the hotel's parking lot.

A charming and elegant modern-style hotel with the best location in town. The staff were uniformly helpful & professional. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be nicely looked after with a modicum of style and comfort.

Just enough for a business stay. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and the room was absolutely massive! Breakfast was simple, but adequate... Overall I would recommend this hotel for a short stay. Nothing to not like... It was a good experience.

Nice stuff. Non comfortable bed, no wi-fi in the room, only cable internet, high noises from the street on the Morning, small shower, only about 10 TV channels..Breakfast not very good... Finally I think that price is to high for all that. Hotel is at 2-3 stars level, but the price should be max. 50 EUR/night for double room.

The breakfast choice is excellent. Wide range of traditional and sweet beverages i have not seen at most four/ five star hotels. They even offer a ready to go sandwiches to grab if you dont have time to have breakfast. The staff is very polite and friendly, happy to be of any asistane. Big rooms, small elevator. Dont know whether it is acommon problem, but in the room I've stayd in, there was terrible noice from bathroom airconditioning intallation. One hardly can get some sleep. It dissapeard in the morning, thus it is hard to verify what was the reason for it. The staff claims they have no idea either.

very nice room, the bathroom was very nice, the room was also provided with almost a living room, leather sofa and armchair. the restaurant was very poor, I did not like the food, potoatos were almost cold.

Znakomite nowo odnowione i urządzone pokoje. Super styl, super meble i bardzo pozytywna wielka zmiana. W dodotku bardzo profesjonalny personel, wręcz bez zastrzeżeń. Pomocny i uprzejmy w całym hotelu. Menu w restauracji obszerne bardzo zachęcające. Śniadania na poziomie eurpojskim. Nie mam absolutnie żadnych zastrzeżeń i szczerze polecam do wyjazdów biznesowych jak i prywatnych. Hotel zrobił wielkie postępy w całoksztłacie i wyglądzie zwłaszcza pokoi. Jako stały Gość mogę to potwierdzić. Ogromny PLUS.

Miła obsługa, smaczne śniadanie W pokojach śmierdzi (z kanalizacji), łazienka zimna i nieodpowiadająca standardom 4 gwiazdkowego hotelu. Pokoje (jedynki) bardzo male, wrecz klaustrofobiczne. Cena nieadekwatna do oferowanego standardu.

Znakomita lokalizacja, czyste, prosto urządzone pokoje. Hatel zasługuje na dobre 3 gwiazdki. Posiadane 4 są trochę na wyrost. W restauracji hotelowej odbyliśmy spotkanie z naszymi gośćmi z Niemiec. Chcieliśmy poczęstować ich polskim piwem, ale.... Najpierw, po wypiciu 2 butelech zabrakło piwa polskiego, a później został jedna butelka holenderskiego I Niemcy wypili piwo.... Niemieckie ! Duża wpadka !!! Na kolacji nie zostaliśmy, w innym lokalu piwa polskiego nie zabrakło.
