Hotel Diament Plaza Gliwice  

Everything fine, friendly, obliging staff, comfortable, excellent breakfast.

The room was great, had a free mini fridge on arrival, very spacious and exactly as in the pictures. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were helpful and sorted anything out that was wrong immediately. Breakfast was very filling and lots to choose from and basically all you can eat. The location was good, right on one of the main streets in Gliwice.

The Wifi in our room had a very low signal, if none at all. The wired internet wasnt working at all, so had to go into the lobby or down towards reception to use their pc by the main window to the street, so nothing stopping people in the street stopping to have alook at what you were viewing online. Car park was on a one way street and wasn't too easy to find from the hotel entrance if you were in the car.

Central location, classic hotel, beautifully moderanised, friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast, excellent room. I would highly recommend this hotel to all.

The hotel location is perfect. Rooms are nice, breakfast good enough. Nothing to say. Everytime I go to Gliwice on a business trip I book a room in this hotel

It has been my first trip to Poland ... guess I expected just a bit more in overal.

Would have liked a business centre to log onto the Internet via a pc. Apart from that couldn't, fault this place.

Gran habitacion y baño, de estilo moderno y comodo. Buen servicio, ubicado en la calle principal, pero tranquilo, gran desayuno, muy buena relacion calidad/precio

La television no tenia mas de diez canales y todos polacos

Ich habe mich im Hotel sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat mir das Interieur des Hauses, die Flure, die Treppenabsätze. Ich fühlte mich in ein gut bürgerliches Hotel der 20-, 30-iger Jahre des vergangenen Jahrhunderts versetzt, dennoch modern und keineswegs verstaubt.

Je nach Lage der Zimmer kann Straßenlärm durchaus ein Problem sein.

Zarezerwowany pokój nie był przygotowany I posprzątany, w nowym jaki dostałam kurze nie były od bardzo dawna powycierane [jestem alergikiem, dla mnie to ważne]; grzejniki nie działały I na początku bardzo marzłam, kołdra była tak krótka, że byłam wstanie przykryć się jedynie do pasa... Pokój nie był codziennie sprzątany a mój pobyt był raczej dłuższy; podobno w pokoju był mini barek, mój musiał być tak mały że go nie zauważyłam; był czajnik ale bałam się go używać - tak bardzo pokryte kamieniem były grzałki; łazienki na zdjęciach wyglądają ok, w rzeczywistości jest gorzej, w mojej było 5 różnych użytych kompletów płytek, niedziałająca lampka nad lustrem I łazienka nie była na sprzątana...

Die Lage des Hotel, charmante Ausstrahlung

Es gibt einen privaten Parkplatz neben dem Hotel. Es wurde mit erklärt, dass die Abrechnung über das Hotel erfolgt, jedoch kein Hinweis, dass das Hotel ohne jede zusätzliche Leistung 5 PLN/Tag aufschlägt. Das ist Nepp! Das Hotel ist ordentlich und recht sauber, 4 Sterne sind überzogen. Geärgert hat mich, dass Minibar und Kaffeebar nicht wieder aufgefüllt wurden. Sehr ärgerlich, da ich auf dem Zimmer gearbeitet habe.
