The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very clean and although the Hotel is close to the Katovice main railway station, it is in a quiet side street. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to train station, restaurants, and shopping. Rooms and bathrooms were good size and clean. Bed was uncomfortable. It was a bit noisy outside in the courtyard area when trying to sleep with windows open at night (no AC). |

Location five minutes walk to Katowice main station is very convenient. Buffet breakfast had a good selection and was regularly topped up by the attentive staff. No air conditioning. |

It is near the city centre and alot of shopping and resturants. No airconditioning sysytem also fans not available.it is quite hot around 37 C. |

Breakfast was superb! Hotel workers are very kind and helpful. Central location of the hotel was a big bonus. Some people are smoking in waiting lounge in front of the reception. I think that it must be forbidden |

I liked how close the hotel was to the Bus & Railway station and also the shops, bars & restaurants. I would stay in this Hotel again if i ever came back to the city. The food in the restaurant was 1st class!! |

Very good. The people was nice and they all spoke english. The room was nice too and the bathromm was clean and in perfect conditions. Good breakfast. Good location in the town.Molto buono.
