the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, taxi drivers didn't know where it was from krakow, they were charging £100.00 pln to get there from rail station, and almost as much to then go on to airport, phone number from booking.com for hotel was wrong so we spent 3 hours trying to locate it |

It's ideal for business travel. The smokers are discriminate in all hotel's spaces. Was not possible to pay with credit card and I must pay cash. |

It might be good if hotel personnel will check thermoregulation parameters in the room and set them to default values after the guests are discharged. When we moved in, the temperature was set to +26 - +27 degrees (default is +22). |

Un hotel au rapport qualité prix exceptionnel. Un personnel d'une extrème gentillesse, une atmosphère agréable, des chambres très confortables et un restaurant, un chef, une carte d'exception. Sans conteste une excellente adresse. |

Hotel jest nowy Hotel nie powinien być na Waszej stronie bo jeszcze nie funkcjonuje jak w opisie. Nie działa restauracja, bar. Rano hałas robotników, itd. |
