Easy to locate, close to airport, very good price for a hotel so near to the ariport. Friendly and helpful staff all spoke English. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful.Has a good restaurant on site and provides a good hot and cold choice for breakfast.Close to the airport also so a handy hotel for an early flight.Would stay again. |

the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, taxi drivers didn't know where it was from krakow, they were charging £100.00 pln to get there from rail station, and almost as much to then go on to airport, phone number from booking.com for hotel was wrong so we spent 3 hours trying to locate it |

Le calme, la terrasse arrière, la gentillesse des employés, leur disponibilité, la propreté des chambres, le petit déjeuner buffet très diversifié. Une réception de mariage avec sono jusque 5h du matin. Du coup, nous avons été placés dans une salle au sous-sol pour le repas du soir avec un service moins bon que ce que nous avions l'habitude d'avoir. Et la nuit a été un peu difficile. |

Hotellet var vi nöjda med under det halva dygn som vi stannade där. Motorvägen hörs från hotellet om fönstret är öppet och tyvärr saknas annat ventilationsystem. På kvällen bokade vi via receptionen en taxi för transport 0530 följande morgon från hotellet till Krakow internationella flygplats. Chauffören ville ha 100 zloty för den resan vilket vi upplevde som ett kraftigt överpris jmf med den mycket längre taxiresan Krakow centrum - hotellet för 70 Pln. Ingen taxameterkörning utan troligen en 'pirat'-taxi bokad via hotellet. |

É um hotel bastante calmo sem nada perto, fica isolado de tudo, mas muito perto da saída da auto estrada. Implicaram com uma toalha suja, fui acusado de a sujar com um produto que não saía quando a lavassem e queriam que a pagasse. Uma má conduta por parte do hotel em acusar o cliente. |

It might be good if hotel personnel will check thermoregulation parameters in the room and set them to default values after the guests are discharged. When we moved in, the temperature was set to +26 - +27 degrees (default is +22). |
