Páčil sa nám personál hotela , vybavenie izby klimatizáciou, priestrannosť izby a miesto pre denný odpočinok a sledovanie televízie .

Možno s istotou pouvažovať o inštalovaní aj malého výťahu pre 1 OSOBU.Raňajky mali vždy tú istú ponuku-to by sme odporučili omnieňať a spestrovať.

Room was rather cramped

The location of this hotel is excellent as it is a few minutes walk from the main square, the breakfast was very good and served in the cellar which was really quaint.the staff were friendly and very helpful, would go back in the future

I liked the location, the staff and the free internet

The furniture in the room was old and a but musty. Location of power sockets was a problem

The warm welcome from staff, cleanliness of the hotel, excellent breakfast, reception was always attended by superb staff. Central position for sight seeing. would recommend it to all my friends.

The stairs up to our room-however a lift would have spoilt the hotel!!

The location was excellent, very close to the centre. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was as good as any I have experienced in Europe.

I felt at home here. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was so comfortable and we were right in the centre of Krakow. I definitely want to come back.

I just think that breakfast food should be refrigerated.

Excellent location on the main street and at the same time quiet. The restaurant with the hotel provided excellent food at a reasonable price and the breakfast included set the day up.

Great place (5 minutes by foot from the railway station, 2 minutes from the Main Square). Limited number of rooms. Good Italian food restaurant on the street level. I even got a room on the quiet side, as requested. Nice, international clientele.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Central position of hotel was excellent, short walk to and from the Railway station and short walk into the main square. A good choice for a short break. The hotel also offers organised visits out to e.g Auchswitz/Salt Mines with similar prices to those advertised on the Internet, would choose to go with a hotel trip next time, we'd paid in advance here.

3rd floor room was small but acceptable and as others have noted the walk up the stairs could be either challenging or good exercise !!! The staff at reception did apologise that there was no lift when checking in.

Centra location on the 'Royal Route' just down from the last surviving gate into the Old City. Very freindly staff, discount at hotel restaurant. As it was very hot when we went the aircon worked brilliantly.
