Rengøringen kunne være noget bedre specielt på toilettet, maden mætter, men smagen og syn er langt fra overbevisende, der bruges UHT mælk til cappuccno :-(.

Good location for both work (conference) and sightseeing, very helpful staff, quite, clean and sunny room, good breakfast,

Location, location,location, so near the main square & everything on hand,nothing was to much trouble, taxis & excursions from hotel no problem & reasonable. Requests before arrival all honoured and a very warm welcome.

The beds poor, very low & mattresses hard in a wooden frame bed & pillows not good.

Krakow was very clean, exceptionally beautiful, the people were very friendly, bars and restaurants were extremely good and we enjoyed the holiday very much.

The room was nice and clean, but the beds and bedding were uncomfortable. Florianska Street is busy and as our room overlooked the street we found that it was a little noisy during the night.

Good restaurant associated with the hotel

The staff were always friendly and helpful. Brilliant location, close to the main square and the train station. Decent breakfast included in price, and good Italian restaurant in the building.

Third floor room was very small, nothing like the photo on this site, with tiny windows and low ceiling. Not able to get proper sleep due to noise from other rooms (thin walls) and sunlight streaming through skylight in the morning.

It is a very comfortable hotel, located at the beginning of the main street in the Old town, warm rooms (there is a hot watter and good heating), friendly personnel and very good swedish-breakfasts. The hotel has a picceria, too, but we did not go there.

The hotel does not have its own parking, but there is a public parking not far from the hotel - 5 min. by step (near the theatre, on Szpitalna str., 35 euro per day - from 10.m. to 8 p.m. - and you must not pay for night!)

Skip the breakfast which is quite poor.

its location was ideal. The hotel was very clean and the staff very hepful. The food was good , and well presented I would stay there again

just some minor things which would have helped .No english language t/v programs which if the weather had been any worse and wed been unable to get out would have made staying in more bareable. No tea or coffee in the room Plug missing in wash basin The bath took ages to emnty But as said before, i would stay at this hotel again

Polish traditional hotel with lots of character, very close to main town square so great for exploring city.

Nice hotel at a reasonable price in the heart of the old town.

The friendliness of the staff and the location

Not having a lift which was not such a problem. Difficulty in off loading and reloading cases into the car. The hotel staff were concerned that the police would fine us. It would be useful if the hotel had a little map indicating where the car parks are. We eventually found one. To be fair they probably do not get many guests who travel by car. We were going on to a wedding in another part of Poland.

The hotel is in a great location in Old Town and walking distance to the train station. The staff is friendly and helpful and the facilities are nice. Go for it!

The breakfast was great! Great location in town center. Great for walking around the city center.

Rooms a bit tired- not the best beds. Cannot drive car up to hotel only in the early am- pedestrian area.

The staff were helpful and when we pointed out that we had asked for 2 rooms together when booking in January and they were not,they sorted it out the next day. We were offered 2 superior rooms although we had extra to pay. Staff were pleasant and helpful and rooms were clean and comfortable .

It's all about location. It´s a central hotel very close to the central square and close to the mais train station. In general, the hotel is just ok. The staff is friendly, my room was avaible at 10:00am and I got a early check in.

The room is very brigth in the morning, because there is a just a thin curtain on windows. There is a lot of stairs and no elevator. No luggage left, the bags stay in the hall if you need to leave it in the hotel before the check-in or after check-out

Poor internet signal in 3rd floor room, overcome by sitting in cafe on the ground floor

Superior rooms are a lot bigger than the standard rooms. We got an upgrade. Nice hotel. Great location. Staff very friendly and helpfull (I even got to use the reception pc to print my boarding passes). Pizzas in restaurant are very good.

No elevator, standard room are realy small and under the roof but the airco works fine. I would stay again in this hotel but I would take a superior room.

The staff was very friendly

We were made to feel very welcome and the service was very good. The location was perfect for everything that we wanted to do and we managed to get around with some help on the buses and trams which is always a challenge. Overall a very fine location, friendly service, good breakfasts and I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel or stay again myself.
