Sa situation excellente par rapport à la place centrale et aux activités culturelles et de divertissements Avant de reserver, vérifier que la chambre n'est pas dans l'annexe de l'hotel. Vous devez traverser le restaurant avant de pouvoir accéder à la chambre. De ce côté là les fenêtres donnent sur une vue pas agréable sur des toits bas avec du vis avis. |

la situation en centre ville ; propreté et aménagement de la salle de bains. prestations insuffisantes pas en rapport avec le prix; pas d'ascenseur; pas de salon de réception; passage par le restaurant pour accéder aux chambres; mobilier et agencement de chambres froids ,sans gôut , ressemblant à une chambre d'hopital |

Great place (5 minutes by foot from the railway station, 2 minutes from the Main Square). Limited number of rooms. Good Italian food restaurant on the street level. I even got a room on the quiet side, as requested. Nice, international clientele. |

Very helpful and friendly staff. Central position of hotel was excellent, short walk to and from the Railway station and short walk into the main square. A good choice for a short break. The hotel also offers organised visits out to e.g Auchswitz/Salt Mines with similar prices to those advertised on the Internet, would choose to go with a hotel trip next time, we'd paid in advance here. 3rd floor room was small but acceptable and as others have noted the walk up the stairs could be either challenging or good exercise !!! The staff at reception did apologise that there was no lift when checking in. |

Centra location on the 'Royal Route' just down from the last surviving gate into the Old City. Very freindly staff, discount at hotel restaurant. As it was very hot when we went the aircon worked brilliantly. |

Very friendly and helpful english-speaking staff, they really went the extra mile to take care of us. Large and clean rooms. Location of hotel is excellent. Not too many TV-channels, but on the other hand we didn't go to Krakow to watch TV... |

corridor should be painetd, No elevator, smell from restaurant., The hotel charge you a high exchange rate for the room which makes the price of the room higher than the original price (booking price) |

The location was perfect for a lone woman traveller like me. I was left alone, but knew I could chat with the reception staff if I needed to. The staff were very friendly and helped with taxis and a trip to auschwitz. |
