Sa situation excellente par rapport à la place centrale et aux activités culturelles et de divertissements Avant de reserver, vérifier que la chambre n'est pas dans l'annexe de l'hotel. Vous devez traverser le restaurant avant de pouvoir accéder à la chambre. De ce côté là les fenêtres donnent sur une vue pas agréable sur des toits bas avec du vis avis. |

The location of this hotel is excellent as it is a few minutes walk from the main square, the breakfast was very good and served in the cellar which was really quaint.the staff were friendly and very helpful, would go back in the future |

We had a very nice time - got a nice room on the top floor (309) - nice breakfast, dinner in the restaurant - very pleaseed. Asked if it was possible to order a taxi to the bus station (for a bus to Katovice) - the lady in the reception said no - so we spent two hours looking for it - since we did not fina anybody to help us---walked around the train station for some time askin..... When we asked the man who started to work after 1900 - he said of course it is possible - but take you less time too walk. I do not know if the lady was unwilling to help or did not know better |

The warm welcome from staff, cleanliness of the hotel, excellent breakfast, reception was always attended by superb staff. Central position for sight seeing. would recommend it to all my friends. The stairs up to our room-however a lift would have spoilt the hotel!! |

The staff were very helpful, the rooms were very clean and the food good. It is very centrally located and easy to get to. The top floor rooms we had are not really large enough to describe as Double Rooms evenif there are two beds in them. It would be fairer to either accept that they are single rooms or to make a cost difference between them and the lower floor (back) rooms that are more spacious. |

I felt at home here. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was so comfortable and we were right in the centre of Krakow. I definitely want to come back. I just think that breakfast food should be refrigerated. |

Excellent location on the main street and at the same time quiet. The restaurant with the hotel provided excellent food at a reasonable price and the breakfast included set the day up. |

Great place (5 minutes by foot from the railway station, 2 minutes from the Main Square). Limited number of rooms. Good Italian food restaurant on the street level. I even got a room on the quiet side, as requested. Nice, international clientele. |
