Big two rooms comfortable suit
Internet should be imroved
Great location, just 10 min walk to the Main Square. Nice, cozy hotel with clean room. Staff is really helpful and efficient! Breakfast is good and sufficient. Parking is additional pros. Nothing to complain about.
Excellent location Very friendly and helpful staff All in all good value for money
The bed was a little hard
Staff was always willing to help. Bed was comfortable. Location was key, one block from local park and main square.
Breakfast was on the downside.
Perfect location, free parking, good breakfast
Our room was not too large
position of the hotel is very good, breakfast bufet perfect
the room was facing the main street with tram line
Very good location - 10min from center/Wavel Parking possible 4 beds room (all normal) polite personal, good breakfast (filled even for couple of peoples) Very good price for the Money !
Noice from outside (street/tram) - no problem at all (we have ground floor room situated to main street)
Location - 5 minute walk to main Square. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Unique building - former priests' school retaining most of its original features.
That we couldn't stay longer!
Wonderful hospitality of staffs! Various and delicious breakfast foods! Comfortable room and bed!
Staffs were very kind and the room was cozy. The line-up of the beakfast was very good and enjoyable.
My room was somewhat noisy since it is just located at the road-side. The check-out was speedy but the detailed receipt wasn not prepared.
Very nice reception employee, good location
Old hotel, poor breakfast, interior and furniture in room
Historic facility & great location
Very small room
The staff were really helpful, arranging trips out for us and a service wash. Also, one of the receptionists recommended a superb restaurant which exactly fitted the requirements we had described. Hotel was really nicely furnished and beds made, towels replaced every day.
The only downside was the location with regard to the noisy trams that went past early in the morning
terrible bed small room
The hotel was dark and dingy and had a smell. It wasn't overly clean and the safe was actually in the office. The rooms were very stuffy, no aircon, and very old fashioned...not in a good way. The bathroom had been modernised but that was the only ok thing. The floors creaked incessantly, from all rooms so you could hear everyone moving around in their rooms. The breakfast was basic. The stag. Were helpful and friendly. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone and only stayed because we had pre paid..
the location of the hotel was good. The car park was very useful.
The check-in took so long and the receptionist didn't look very welcoming probably he was very tired. Room was very small with a flat screen tv as small as a 15" computer screen. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom. The bathroom sink was very high even for me so I don't know how the young children can use it. Breakfast was so and poor disappointing. It would never worth 7 Euros. Overall, I was totally disappointed with the hotel.
Good location, limited parking
The hotel is a touch dated for the area but overall it was clean and a fair value for the money. Not a bad hotel but for another 30 Euro per night will get better accommodations.
Good location, parking area and we got a large room. Helpful at reception
The hotel is looking dated and tired. Horrible bathroom. Very basic breakfast
Perfect location for the old town, castle and river. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel booked our trips to the salt mines and Auschwitz without any problems. I would recommend Hotel Fortuna to anyone and if / when I go back to Krakow, I will be checking to see if they have any rooms before any other hotel. They even put stand up fans in our rooms as it was a hot and sunny week. This really helped keep us cool. A nice little touch that was much appreciated.
To be honest, there isn't anything I can complain about. I would have preferred thicker curtains to let less light in but that is all.
Very good breakfast and excellent location
Wonderful accommodations, staff and location.
Everything was fantastic. Very big rooms and excellent staff. It's just two minutes walking from the city centre.
Very nice and helpful staff, great location and the price was very good as well.
The staff is quite nice and helpful. Not only the service for hotel, but also the reservation for local tour and restaurant. Close to the old town, and the room is located on the ground floor, we could feel vibration when tram passed by.
The parking is inside the building and only small space when driving out. We made scratches on the left side of front bumper on the car. suggest to drive small car, or with very nice driving skill when you would use the parking inside.
I have nothing to fault about this hotel. The location was great - just a short walk from the old city and Wawel fort. The staff spoke very good English and were outstandingly helpful, willing even to purchase a ticket locally for a gig I wanted to go to but could not get tickets for online. I had the front room (double, even though I only booked and paid for a single), but was not disturbed by any traffic noise. The breakfast was plentiful, and I was even allowed in a quarter hour early on my early departure. And all at a very good price. Great value.
