First of all, the architecture and the design of the hotel is unique, characteristic to the country, the staff is very nice, too, the food is excellent. |

It is a beautiful hotel in a calm residential area. We stood in a very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a balcony with a nice view to the gardens. Very nice breakfast. Good restaurant with nice and varied meals. Parking lot free of charge. Location fairly close to Auschwitz museum. Perfect for relaxing. Bathroom’s automatic ventilation system made an annoying sound during sleeping time and therefore must be mitigated. |

Very nice and friendly staff and most helpful in arranging for any facilities you might need. The food in the restaurants is good and the menu contains traditional Polish dishes as well as international. |

After a day long visit to the two museums at Auschwitz nearby, it was important to stay in a hotel that enabled us to unwind and reflect on the days events in a quiet and peaceful atmospshere. The Hotel Galicja enabled us to do this. |

Good room quality, as well as overall good services. TV Channel choice is limited. Choice in restaurants and bars is most appropriate. Good signs leading to the hotel The hotel does insufficiently take into account that the majority of foreign guests come for the Auschwitz kamp. I would recommend an effort to foster contacts between the guests by e.g. a common table, or welcome drink. One needs some support in these instance. |

The rooms was quite big and extermely clean. The service staff is very helpful. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and this was the best one for value for your money. We enjoyed our stay. |
