Hotel very close to the salt mines. It is very convenient for quick visits. Very bad tea and coffee - from a thermos.

Отель расположен рядом с соляными пещерами, хороший персонал. Отсутствие кондиционера в номере, старая мебель. Заезд групповых экскурсий мешает отдыхать в ночное время (громкие разговоры туристов в коридороах). Ранним утром местный работник в 7.00 под окнами номера выполнял ремонтные работы.

Dobre miejsce do zakwaterowania dla tych, którzy mają zamiar zwiedzić kopalnię w godzinach rannych a popołudniu ruszyć do Krakowa wąska kabina prysznicowa, stara brudna i ruszająca się deska klozetowa, stara tzw. słuchawka prysznica (woda pryska na boki) pleciona osłonka przewodu rozerwana, powyrywane gniazdka elektryczne, dziury wypalone papierosami w narzucie. Śniadanie ubogie, a produkty nie były w części świeże. Biorąc pod uwagę już samo wyposażenie nadszarpnięte zębem czasu cena za pobyt jest zbyt wysoka.

L'accueil de l'hôtesse à l'arrivée, pour le reste rien. L'état peu avenant de la chambre, draps troués, chasse qui coule, peu de place pour 4, petite salle de bain... Mauvais rapport qualité/Prix. On a eu beaucoup mieux dans les autres villes de Pologne.

Bliskość do Kopalni Soli. Zimno na korytarzach hotelu i w pokojach. Hałas dobiegający z ulicy. Bilard i sauna powinny być wliczone w cenę hotelu.
