Hotel Gdańsk

El hotel es precioso, las habitaciones una pasada, la ubicación excelente, frente a la antigua grua de Gdanz. El personal inmejorable, desde las recepcionistas hasta la señora de la limpieza. Llegamos al hotel antes de la hora de check in, la recepcionista muy amablemente nos dijo que iba a mirar si la habitación estaba limpia, no lo estaba, pero nos dijo que en 20 minutos lo estaría, le dijimos que iríamos a la cafetería a tomar un café y nos dijo que nos lo traía ella misma. El servicio de masajes muy asequible y la masajista formidable.

Si le tengo que buscar un pero, cosa nada fácil, solo decir que no tiene aire acondicionado, aunque los días que estuvimos nosotros no hacía demasiado calor así que no lo echamos en falta.

Su situación, muy buena para visitar el centro histórico de la ciudad, las vistas desde las habitaciones como la mía que dan al río y la simpatía y amabilidad de las recepcionistas del hotel.

No tiene aire acondicionado ni variedad de almohadas

Sin duda la amibilidad del personal de recepción.El desayuno buffet correcto y variado. Bonitas habitaciones.

More of a boutique hotel than standard and just a short walk from the old town. Perfect for a weekend break!

the card kept not working in my door (5th floor!), several times, frustrating.

Proximity to the city centre. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast - wide choice of fresh food of a very high standard. Great decor. Very clean. Fantastic beer brewed under hotel. Overall top class ambiance. If visiting the region again I would definately stay there. I could not speak highly enough of it.

Not really a direct criticism of the hotel or staff but I was told by a member of staff that the taxi ride to the airport was approx PLN 50. This was also the estimate from a recently published guide book. The price was actually PLN 85. Now 60 or 65 I could accept as being near enough but the given estimate was way out. The reason for this could be that it was on a Sunday - and a 'holiday' Sunday at that. I'm not sure if this would have had a bearing on the price. This would not stop me staying at Hotel Gdansk again and I would recommend it very very highly.

Clean, beautiful rooms and an in-house microbrewery

I really wished the room had a bath tub instead of just the shower.

Wonderful and accommodating staff, lovely contemporary interior design, clean timber flooring in the bedrooms, good food, micro-brewery... where could you go wrong!

beautiful room. all very new and tasteful. the breakfast was very good too.

communication with the staff was not always successful: we had booked the pick-up service from the airport but in the end in turned out to be an ordinary taxi waiting for us and also not charging us the flat fee indicated by the hotel but the ordinary taxi fee. (the difference was about 2 EUR, but still)
