Kylpyläosastolla todella rauhallinen ja mielyttävä tunnelma. Hotelli siisti ja varsinkin kesällä rannan läheisyys loistojuttu. Kylpytakki ja -tossut hyvät. Sijainti pääkadulta talviaikaan vähän kaukana. ( 15 minuutin kävelymatka), joten ei kovin myöhään illalla huvittanut lähteä seikkailemaan kävellen kaupungille. Sängyt aivan luokattoman huonot = niin pehmeät että nukuin osan yöstä lattialla välttääkseni selkäkivun. |

Le standing et les petit déjeuners, le calme et la propreté le coté "pays de l'est " négatif:personnel professionnel mais sans plus:pas de sourire ni de geste s en trop,le bar ,sombre et où nous avons été considérés comme des pigeons:prix cartes pas valables car pas encore entrés dans l'ordi! nous avions un lit tres mou,mais on nous a trouvé un sur matelas rapidement:rien à dire |

Niezmiennie miła obsługa Śniadanie po godz 12 w przypadku, gdyby było wliczone w cenę pobytu, podlega odpłatności. Hotel o takim standardzie nie powinien stawiać klientów w takiej sytuacji :((( |

Altt var till belåtenhet på hotellet; rummet var rymligt och vackert inrett likaså badrummet, allmänna utrymmen var eleganta och området runt hotellet var välskött, dessutom fanns parkeringsmöjlighet på bevakad parkeringsplats ute samt garage. |

at vi hadde fri tillgangn til badebssenget,baststue,steem osv.gode senger:) når vi bestillte rom trodde vi at vi skulle betale ca 140 kr norske for frokost en hel uke, pga det stod dårlig forklart på nettet.slik var det ikke. det var jo 140kr pr person hver dag.så vi droppet det.pga når vi bestillte hotell var det to priser på samme rom, vi tok a et dyreste fordi vi trodde det var med frokost.derfor burde det stå bedre forklart på siden man bestiller rommene. |

Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet und gutes Restaurant, sowie der Wellness-Bereich und Nähe zum Strand Mitarbeiter überwiegend distanziert. Hotel wird gerne von Familien mit Kindern besucht. Daher erhöhter Lärmpegel in Restaurant, Schwimmbad und Nachbarzimmer. |

Uima-osasto oli loistava. Henkilökunta ja jopa siivoojat olivat kovin ystävällisiä. Siisti ympäristö. Sängyt luksusta (pehmeät). Aamiainen oli hirmu tyyris. Hotellin sijainti vähän syrjässä. |

bardzo atrakcyjne położenie blisko morza i centrum a równocześnie przy cichej pełnej zieleni ulicy pokoje urządzone funkcjonalnie miła i sympatyczna obsługa zarówno hotelowa jak i w części gastronomicznej hotel urządzony ze smakiem i funkcjonalnie galeria obrazów i rzeźb przy recepcji bardzo dobry pomysł,basen i spa wyśmienite łóżka- może to rzecz gustu ale materace dla mnie były wybitnie za miękkie ale można je usunąć i spać na samym łóżku, brak odpowiedzi na e-maila |
