Hotel Hanza  

Excellent staff who catered for your needs in a quiet professional manner whilst respecting your privacy. The location by the river an closeness to the heart of old Gdansk was a bonus. Although there was some noise at night from singers etc these disappeared by roughly 22:00hrs affording a quiet night. The singing incidentally related to 'sea shanty' type which was appropriate to the location. Would recommend to anyone wishing to visit Gdansk.

Very nice breakfast which you could enjoy on the terass. The hotel is located close to everything.

Perfect location in old town of Gdansk and still reacheable by car. Friendly and professional personell. Nice food.

The hotel is in a fantastic location - very easy to walk to the lovely old centre of Gdansk and right by the river. There are loads of good restaurants to choose very close to the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and incredibly good value. The breakfast was good quality and varied from day to day, though a toaster would have been appreciated. We also ate in the hotel's restaurant one evening and although we had it to ourselves it was lovely, very good service and food and looking straight on to the river, and again very good value. I would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing I did not like about the hotel, except that we were unlucky in that some building work was being carried out somerwhere in the hotel. This started at 7.00 am, which I thought was much too early when guests were still trying to sleep, and it carried on until quite late in the afternoon. But this was just unfortunate and I am sure it will be finished very soon.

I definitely liked the view of my room and the location. The hotel was in a quiet area and very close to the main streets. The staff was very welcoming. Fantastic stay, so since I have to travel more to Gdansk I'll be choosing this hotel.

I was really impressed with this hotel in general. The price was right in my budget, and I feel like we got way more than we paid for. The accommodations are new, clean, and very nice. The decor is tasteful and the food (especially the breakfast) is delicious.

No pool , you had to book sauna and jacuzzi and pay for sauna !!

Restaurant: staff & food are exellent.
