Good location to stay for sightseeing of Warsaw. A good pub next to the hotel.

Beautiful hotel with traditional decor. Great location in relation to the old city centre. A pleasant 30 minute walk to central train station.

Not easy to find as the hotel is not physically located at its designated street address.

Very small room with small everything including the washbowl with hardly enough space to put your hands in, but that seems fair for the small enough money for the stay in the very center of the City. No facilities for the disabled and and a very long way to get to your room through the staircase (no lift or elevator). The hotel corridors are long enough to have a 100m run test, with the emergency exit door at the other end of the corridor locked, so that in the case of fire you may have no chance to survive. Not enough dress hangers in the wardrobe so you may need to ask the personnel for more.

The overall experience is very good. The hotel is comfortable, staff is nice, and the hotel has his own style, reminds of old times. The best feature for tourists, for those who are first time there and for those who travel often, is central location. Evereything is so close, the hotel is located right next to University of Warsaw whoch is also an attraction from architectural and hostorical points of view, just few steps from Royal route, with beautiful old buildings, Church of Saint Cross, the monument of Copernicus, and vatiety of cafes and shops. The old town sqaure and the Royal castle is just in 10 minutes of pleasant walk, the buses in different directions, as well as the bus 175 to airport is also the. Very nice and cute, the brekfast cosists of omlette, sausages, choice of cheses, salad, cottage cheese and cookies, jiuces and coffee. The interior and architecture is beautiful, also there is a gallery of arts in the hotel. On the 1st floor there is internet point with comuter Very good standard for a 2-star hotel.

If the price was a bit lower, (as 2-star hotel) I would even stay longer! Although it's central location is the most important value for that price, so many people stay there.

The location was excellent and the breakfast was good. Staff was excellent. The room was good value for the cost.

THere was an odour in the bathroom but it may have been from the brush that is used to clean the toilets

The room was comfortable (nice bed and bedding). Excellent service and great breakfast.

The phone in the room was not cordless.

It was very convenient for my business meeting location. The price of the room with special offer was excellent. The reception staff and breakfast room staff were extremely helpful.

Located in a perfect spot, very close to the Old Town and the city center, with a direct bus to the airport and the central railway station. The staff are very friendly and helpful, even though I arrived at 8 in the morning they gave me the room with no extra charge.

The WiFi signal in the room was very poor, often impossible to use. The room and bathroom were very clean, but there was a little bit of that 'sewage smell' in the bathroom. I guess it came from the pipes which is not very surprising in a relatively old building. It wasn't very bad, just something to be prepared for.

Location is excellent, the price is good. The rooms are small but fine.

Many of the rooms are located right above restaurants, so they can be quite noisy. The most annoying problem was the Internet connection, that had problems from my room (although it did work in other rooms). I reported the problem several times, and it was not fixed while I was there.

the internet was down and this was a big a problem for me. seemed to take a long time before their specialist came to fix it. (12 hours) And even when they got it working again, it often cut out and was a really weak signal. this made my trip and my work difficult.

Location is super, near to city centre and to the main attractions in Warsaw; clean, comfortable, good breakfast and friendly staff.

Great location in the very center of Warsaw, easy to find, within walking distance from all the main sights, friendly staff. A perfect place for a weekend city tour within this price range.

Sometimes there was a stink of sewage in the room, hopefully it was some kind of a temporary problem...

The location of the hotel is good because it is in the heart of the city.

I booked an apartment to do light cooking, but there was no kitchen or kichenette.(no microwave or frigidaire either) The mattresses were very old and uncomfortable.
