very good breakfast
Room smile cigaret
Our stay was very pleasant. Staff friendly and helpful, room has all the facilities we need. Very comfortable bed, nice choice of TV channels. Good coffee, too :)
There was no vegan option in the restaurant. Shower cubicle needs modernisation. Room a bit noisy, could hear the traffic.
Good breakfast!!!Clean!Helpful staff!
The room was extremely spacious and well appointed. The breakfast buffet of a high standard. The staff at breakfast were always smiling. Good location 20 minute walk over the river to Central Warsaw. There are a couple of decent evening dining options within less than a minutes walk of the hotel.
WiFi, kettle in the room, tasty breakfast with hot meals. The hotel is located one tram stop near the historical center of the city.
It was rather cool in the room (November), but the blanket was warm.
breakfasts are made with imagination great WiFi good connections with other parts of city
constructions in city are annoying
I keep going back for the breakfast. I really like the old-school staff-real hotel staff the way they used to be, professional and confident.
The only option for getting to the airport is a zl 60 taxi to Chopin.
DINING ROOM CLOSED ON AN EVENING.
Great buffet breakfast with traditional Polish fare Excellent & cheap public transport nearby-New Metro line opening soon. Old Town is walkable in 20 minutes over the river. Zoo is nearby for the kids!
out of old town tourist zone but just one tram stop away; close to nice restaurants in praga area; excellent breakfast; would return for any future stays in warsaw
The breakfast was good
Very rude unhelpful female staff. Young male receptionist very helpful on arrival but then he left.Wi Fi very patchy indeed - had to stand by the inside of our door. Could not access it all first night. Quite a walk into Old City or travel by tram.
Liked ability to wheel baggage directly into hotel through WIDE automatic doors and to reception desk without having to go up a step lifting bags. Liked the LIFT which not all hotels in Warsaw have. Friendly stafrf, free computer at the hotel reception desk for guests who don't have computer, free WIFI for those who do have computer. Complimentary bottled water and coffee in room, nice buffet breakfast included. Good pizza place with friendly staff directly across the street.
Slightly out of the way location with few shops or food places close by.
I had early morning a meeting closeby. That is why I picked this hotel. Bed was ok. Ok for one night if you have in the next morning a meeting. Saving time driving from city center to Praha.
No restaurant, also no restaurant in the neighbourhood. Breakfast very poor. No parking space (I arrived late that day). No fridge in the room. No shower gel. Strange chemical smell in the corridor. Low standard for a 3 star hotel.
Very poor parking
Stayed here for the second time this year. The hotel is ideally located near Warsaw's Naradowy Stadium and is ideal for any football fan. The staff were friendly as always and accommodated our request for a parking spot. The breakfast was good value.
Our only complaint was the batteries in the remote control for the TV in our room were broken.
1.Staff helpful kind 2.Roomsngoodnsize with good room facilities 3. Breakfast great 4 easy access to public transportation
1. Staff should renew accessories in the room when low or finished like the drinks, toilet paper
Very friendly staff, clean, secure
Restaurant was closed, I paid about 370 pl zł per night, only one tea bag, no sugar In the room, i didnt get any breakfast for this price, restaurant was closed, open only for breakfast! 370zl wasnt enough to get a cup of tea! A Little dissapointed
Excellent location if you want to check out the Praga neighborhood, are going to the stadium, or want to save money by not staying in the more touristy areas. There are some great bars, restaurants, and cafes in the area.
I like breakfast, area of the room, bathroom
Poor staff and cleaning service I have spent 6 nights there and they changed my towels only once, they did not replace shampoo until I ask, one morning I have woke up and I were annoyed because the staff from room service they were talking loudly so early around 8 AM while cleaning the rooms, it is not the best place to spend for a holiday maybe for business purposes only, they were so rude asking me for extra money when I asked them if I can checkout 2 hrs later even-though it was there right but normally good hotels allows you to do so or at least offering to store you luggage in the extra time
Great breakfast with many choices. Staff at reception were a little friendly. Room was large and bathroom was good. Walked to other side of bridge and enjoyed the historical areas.
Breakfast, bed, receptionist
The fact thati have to change room, the noise of next rooms
Loved the large room, buffet breakfast, ambiance and location
Some minor issues related to daily room cleaning
Perfect Location. Very close to old town. Just 20 min by walking. Very good breakfast.
the best breakfast we had in Poland excellent rooms
reception area Looks dark and unfriendly
WiFi code written with a tricky font making it difficult to use for many people. Staff is aware of that but for some reason not willing to correct it.
