Awful customer service, we were behind the door with reservation the door was closed, i called the number but the women who answered the phone after my explanation says hotel is closed and will open 7 in the morning at the end says no English speak polish and hang up the phone. Fortunately there was another polish guests with same situation they talked polish on the phone and she came and we passed in.

Loved that it was in the middle of nowhere, just peace and quiet. It was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very nice to all of us. They took very good care of us.

The rooms are big and the communal spaces are comfy. This was our first visit to Poland, there are some cultural differences with bedding, etc. - however we were quite comfortable and would happily stay here again. Hosts were friendly and we chose to have dinner prepared on site during our stay, the food was delicious! We were able to reasonably pay for laundry service on site too which was a plus.
