Hotel czysty i ma bardzo dobre położenie dla osób w trasie. Niewystarczające wygłuszenie (odgłosy z korytarza), pokój był bardzo mały. Śniadanie nie najlepsze. Za cenę jaką zaplacilam spodziewalam się czegoś lepszego.

DIe Lage und der Preis Ich habe ein Doppelzimmer bestellt und bekommen habe ich ein 3 Bett Zimmer mit Einzelnen Betten, als Ehepaar eher ungewöhnlich. Weiterhin gibt es im Fernseher 3 Programme alle Polnisch, letztlich wäre wenigs3ens ein Deutsches Programm gut denn es übernachten hier sehr viele Deutsche

Het receptiepersoneel dat ons goed te woord stond en erg behulpzaam is en was.Op de terugweg hebben wij weer uw hotel bezocht ! Ja het bedienend personeel in het restaurant wat moeilijk een andere taal sprak voor de rest prima (super)

Hotel se mi líbil-recepce podle našeho požadavku zajistila místo pro uskladnění kol. Snídaně nabízela dostatečný výběr. Uvítala bych podrobnější informace na booking.com, jak se k hotelu dostat. Nachází se mimo město Zgorzelec- my jsme jeli na kolech a museli jsme se doptávat místních lidí. Ti nás bohužel navigovali na rychlostní komunikaci,kde to bylo nebezpečné.Přitom existuje bezpečná cesta z centra města po cyklostezce a místní komunikaci. O té jsme ale nevěděli.Pro auto je ale hotel po rychlostní komunikaci perfektně dostupný.. Uvítala bych informační tabule se směrovkou na hotel už ve městě Zgorzelec.

Der Service durch das Personal. Das Hotel war nicht fertig. Viele vorgesehene Einrichtung im Zimmer waren nicht zu benutzen.

freundlicher Service, Fernseher verfügte trotz Grenznähe nicht über deutsche Programme; Glühbirnen im Bad und im Zimmer hatten die Leuchtstärke von Funzeln, also viel zu gering

pomoc telefoniczna w dotarciu do hotelu-mila i uprzejma Pani pokierowała mnie brzydki, nieprzyjemny zapach w pokoju, nie dało się wywietrzyć, bo było minus 10 stopni, całą noc budził mnie ten zapach; podczas śniadania w formie bufetu ktoś z obsługi powinien zapytać gościa, czy reflektuje na jajecznicę, jeżeli już jej nie ma podgrzewanym naczyniu(było zaledwie kilka osób równocześnie na śniadaniu, więc żaden problem)-jedna z osób sama zapytała kelnera, stąd wiem, że jajecznica była dostępna - nie każdy wie, że taka jest u Państwa tradycja. Podróżuję bardzo dużo i nie mam w zwyczaju pytać podczas śniadania w formie bufetu, czy jest jeszcze coś ponad produkty wystawione na stołach
