the room was ok, clean enough the receptionist that was checking our booking was obviously showing her disgust and homophobia because we were 2 guys in a double bed room... she tried to make us feel unwellcome but thankfully we had better things to do in poland than paying attention to her. |

This hotel is close to the Katowice airport but you will need a taxi to go from the aiport to this hotel about 40 minutes for 160 zloty.The rooms are nice with an hairdyer, a little noisy when you have a room on the mottorway.The buffet for the breakfast was ok. Good quality- price ratio. |

Reception staff. Cleaning staff was too noisy in the morning, shutting the doors, speaking loudly etc. The location isn't impressive. |

The hotel is situated near the motorway and quite easy to find. The room rate and the parking fee were higher than mentioned on the internet when I booked the room. The reception would not correct the amount. |

The hotel is situated near the motorway so you avoid the city center. Rooms are rather small ( we stayed two nights at different periods). Breakfast poor, the parking fee and the room rate higher than mentioned on the internet. Lady in restaurant charged for six glasses of low quality wine when I had ordered one, but corrected the bill. |

The staff were excellent, extremely helpful and professional and made customers feel welcome. We think other reviews of this hotel, mainly on other sites, are unfair as the hotel is far better than described. We were very pleasantly surprised. The bar closing at 10pm as we used the hotel as a base for a concert in nearby Chorzow and also for Kracow, which being 2 hours by train meant us getting back to the hotel late in the evening (although the night staff had access to beer after 10pm). |

Bardzo dobre usytułowanie w mieście, dostępność, wyposażenie pokoju, b. wygodne łóżko, czysto, cicho. Sympatyczny personel, przemili ludzie na parkingu i w recepcji. Łatwość rezerwacji. Swoboda. Dziękuję. Chwilowe zawirowania związane z dojazdem w Katowicach. |

śniadanie Internet bezprzewodowy nie działał w ogóle - miał być dostępny w całym hotelu za darmo, komfort hotelu raczej odbiegał negatywnie od tego do czego byłem przyzwyczajony w innych dwu-, a nawet jednogwiazdkowych hotelach w Polsce |

Das Zimmer war sauber und es gab so viel Komfort, dass man sich für eine Nacht sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Mir wurde gesagt, es ist möglich den Zimmerpreis in Euro zu zahlen, allerdings rechnete die Hotelangestellte den Zimmerpreis von Zlotti in Euro um, so dass ich anstatt 31 Euro (wie auf der booking.com Homepage gelesen) 38 Euro zahlen sollte. Nachdem ich die Buchungsbestätigung vorlegte und nach etwas Hin und her hat sich das Problem allerdings zu meinen Gunsten gelöst. |
