Możliwość skorzystania z wysokiej jakości oferty SPA. Dobrej jakości śniadanie. Trudno znaleźć hotel - brak informacji na terenie Kielc jak dojechać, a telefon hotelu milczał. |

Wielkość i wyposażenie pokoi. Tak, hałas dochodzący z koncertu rockowego (Juwenalia), który odbywał się 50m od hotelu. Nie sposób było zasnąć aż do końca koncertu, czyli do 1.45 w nocy. |
