stuff was very friendly, room was clean enough( maybe nor for those picky people who wants to complain everything.) just need a car to stay here, otherwise we really enjoyed to stay the hotel. try mushroom soup at restaurant, it is really great. |

Very helpful staff, clean hotel&rooms. Perfect Service. Highly recommended if you are traveling by your own car. City center is about 10-30 minutes from the hotel depending on traffic. If I travel to Cracow again, I stay in this hotel for sure. |

Lovely hotel right off the highway, perfect for people with car, big rooms, large bathroom, very nice decor, good beds, rich breakfast, frindly staff. we stayed one night and then another one after 2 days. |

Changing the breakfast menu to accomodate English visitors. the fact most staff spoke english. Quality of the food. It would be nice to have had tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

The hotel was perfect it is just off the main road really easy to find. For the price we paid it was really good value. The restaurant was good also very varied menu a great value for money. I would highly recommend it |

Very friendly and professional reception. Our room was newly renovated and equipped according hotel category. As someone else mentioned one week ago, there also was a wedding party when we arrived on Saturday, but they had prepared additional tables for the hotel guests in the hall, and our waiter served us perfectly. Food was prepared quickly and we liked it (Pierogi). The room was quiet, as it was not near the restaurant. |

An excellent hotel most respects. Staff very helpful. Well located if bringing your own car. SHower on waist high and virtuall impossible to use. Varable taxi fares into Crakow 25 - 47 zl |

Very friendly staff. Trust me its the most important in eastern europe. Good location if you travel by car, near main roads. The room is enough big for 2 person, it was clean and comfortable. Too early cleaning, the cleaning lady came into the room around 8 am. The walls are very thin, you cant sleep longer than 8. The food at the restaurant doesnt worth it's price. |

Convenient place, easy to park a car at large but cozy parking. Helpfull staff and hot spot internet in the room. By the way, all over 'gay-friendly' stickers and signs :) Breakfast only from 8am on Saturday (and maybe Sundays). |

Lovely place to stay. Very nice surroundings and ample car parking. Sure value for money. Would have loved to spend some more time here. They had an extra bed for my 4 yr old daughter even though we had informed that she would be sharing the bed with us. That was a very nice gesture. A bit away from the city center. Go there only if you have your own car to move around. |

our stay at the hotel was very nice, the staff were very helpful and accomadating, the rooms were very clean and they were exactly like the pictures you have on the internet, the food was good, would recommend for couples. the only down side was there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room. |

Almost everything. Very, very good location for car travelers. I'm smoker but the room was heavenly smoked. I had to take the window opened all night long because they had no others free rooms. The location is good for car travelers with GPS system. I believe it would be hard to find hotel without one. |
