Hotel Matejko beliggenhed er perfekt 5. min fra stationen, 2 min fra byporten til den gamleby og god morgen buffet. Værelset 3 seng var godt med meget plads. Vi spiste en enkelt aften på hotellet dette var ikke specielt spændende sammenlignet med det gode udbud som byen i øvrigt kan tilbyde. |

Hotellet havde en behagelig, rar atmosfære, det var roligt. Værelset var pænt og rent. Personalet var meget venlige, imødekommende og hjælpsomme. De talte godt engelsk. Hotellet ligger centralt både i forhold til stationen, når man kommer fra lufthavnen og tæt på den gamle by. Kort og god afstand fra centrum, så der ikke er larmende rundt om hotellet. Pæne omgivelser. |

Et godt hotel - med en perfekt beliggenhed - tæt på station og centrum. God service og meget rent og pænt. Mere varieret brød til morgenbuffet. Brødet var lidt kedeligt og trist, men ellers helt ok. |

The hotel was very well situated to the Old Town also very convenient for both the main railway and bus station. It was in a quiet area of the city surrounded my magnificant buildings. The staff were brilliant with our very limited knowledge and use of Polish. The rooms were clean and confortable with a spacious restaurant for breakfast. Two issues under this heading come to mind - firstly the heating in the room was excessive which meant that we tried to have the window open at night - this didn't work because of the church clock tower! Secondly the breakfast could have been a little more "healthy" based I.E. fruit, other than bowls of apples, kiwi and satsumas. |

Excellent value for money, excellent location, staff were great would certainly stay here again. Good value budget hotel right next to the main shopping centre, the train station and 5 mins walk to the historic town centre. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was good as well. We forgot out adaptor plug and reception loaned us one for the duration of our stay. No hair driers in the room but they have one at reception. The staff were very helpful. Rooms could have done with a lick of paint but were otherwise fine. |

Very clean and ideally situated for the town (5 minute walk) - Breakfast was sufficent (continental) with a fair selection - Staff were very helpful and supplied a hair dryer and a cork screw - Rooms basic yet very clean, tidy and well kept. Good shower and plenty of hot water! The Salt mine is well worth a visit, be adventurous and catch the bus around the corner for around 70 pence. Beer is very cheap wine is more exspensive than Champagne and Cherry Vodka is super. Eating out is very good and cheap too! The bars are sometimes well hidden, but found in nearly every alley way (cellar bars) they have a great feel to them. Krakow was Awesome and we will return :) Tea making facilities would be a real bonus for those who need it to wake up to ;) - Perhaps we should have asked for this, but Do Not let it put you off as everything else compensated. |

Great value for mature couple city break stay.Near to all city amenities including rail and bus stations.Breakfast very good buffet. Very reasonable rates. |

Close proximity to railway / bus station. At the edge of Old Town Krakow, easy to get to all "sights". Beds were single rather than double. |

Close to the Gallery ( shopping center) and transportation to the rest of the city and outside Krakow. Double bed room should be a room with one double bed, in Matejko we had two single beds and when asked staff to get us the right room,,answer none available and suggested to join them 2 single beds,, was not pleasant at all,,,The heaters in the room were not on and the room was freezing cold. |

The hotel was clean and comfortable and near everything that we needed. Breakfast facilities were excellent and good value. Eat in the restaurant one evening - food excellent Only 1 criticism - drink making facilities like a kettle may be quite useful |

Friendly staff and good location near Krakow old town. Very clean room and bathroom with english tv channels too! I didn`t eat there in the evening so can`t comment although breakfast was good. Very helpful with organising trips. No coffee in room. |
