駅からも旧市街への入り口からも近くて便利です。大通り沿いの角にあるので、すぐに見つけられます。特別豪- 華というのではないですが、清潔で、レストランもあり、観光の足場にするには最適です。料金も良心的です。- |

駅、市街地から近くて非常に便利。駅前のバス乗り場、トラム乗り場なども近い。数は少ないがホテルの並びに- はバーやレストランもあり、便利。特にすぐ隣の地元の人が集うバーTiffanyはおすすめ。部屋も広く、- 快適でよかった。また訪れることがあったら是非利用したいホテルだ。 冷蔵庫、ドライヤーがないこと。この二つがあれば完璧。 |

スタッフは親切でした。旧市街にも駅（ショッピングセンター）にも徒歩圏内で良かったです。ホテルのすぐ横- からはヴィエリチカ塩鉱行きのバスも出ているので、本当に重宝しました。朝食は普通に美味しく食べれました- 。窓も大きいので風通しが良く部屋は居心地が良かったです。 |

鉄道とバスのターミナルに近く、駅に隣接するショッピングモールにも至近。観光地へのアクセスも至極便利で- 、部屋も清潔。文句なくおすすめできます。バスタブはありませんでしたが、各種アメニティはきちんと揃って- おり、朝食も品数豊富でおいしかったです。 |

旧市街と駅の中間にあり便利。無料で有線のネットが利用でき、観光情報を現地で入手できた。昼の12時くら- いに到着してしまったが、アーリーチェックインできた。 ボトルウォーターがサービスでついていたが、あまりおいしくなかった。 |

三ツ星なので妥当かもしれませんが、料金のわりに部屋に備えられているもの（例えばポットなど…）が少なか- ったと思います。ルーム清掃時にタオルは変えてもらえませんでした。朝食はまあまあ。スタッフの対応は良い- のですが、トランクを預けるのに鍵を預かり自分で荷物部屋へ出し入れをするシステムの為少々セキュリティ面- が心配ですね。 連泊だったのですがタオルを変えてもらえなかった。 |

Clean & confortable room, big double bed, very good price per night. The sound of the buses in the morning (the east hotel wing is near to a bus stop). There was no refrigerator/no minibar in the room. |

location was good,staff were friendly,pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room, and selection at breakfast. one small point - I understood my card details were to secure my booking, with the transaction being completed during my stay.in fact the transaction hit my credit card a/c within days of booking even though it was weeks before my visit. |

The location was excellent to the north of the market square through the florian gate, 5 min walk into the old town, very safe and easy walk, passing lots of bars and restaurants prior to old town. Beds very comfy, breakfast good. Only bad thing was it is right next to a church with ringing bells every hour starting about 6am, but if you keep windows closed this can be ignored. |

Location of hotel is excellent,5 mins to Old Town and 1 min from airport shuttle and railway station. The hotel facilities included spacious rooms,fab buffet breakfast and very helpful staff. Matejko Square is a beautiful, safe location and make sure you visit Matejko's paintings in his former house and also in the castle. |
