The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff very courteous and efficient. The shower door left much water on the floor of the bathroom. The drapes did not close easily or fully. The light over the bathroom mirror did not work. |

Duży pokój i łazienka. Wspaniałe to duży natrysk !!! Odnosi się wrażenie, że w tym hotelu pomyślano o każdym szczególe. Kulinarnie na klasę światową. |

Het is het beste hotel van Katowice, maar dan wel afgezet tegen Poolse standaarden. De inrichting is verrassend orgineel en de kamers zijn groot en schoon. Uiteindelijk hebben we er goed gegeten en het ontbijt is zelfs boven standaard. De locatie doet je wel schrikken. Een grauwe straat langs het spoor is niet echt uitnodigend. Het personeel aan de balie is prima, maar in het restaurant bedroevend ongemotiveerd. Wegens gebrek aan klandizie was het officiele restaurant afgesloten en zaten we praktisch in het donker. Na een hartig woordje met het management is dit uiteindelijk weer opengesteld. Zeker voor westerse prijzen! |

Ein tolles Hotel ,sehr zu empfehlen.Die Lage ,die Ausstattung,die Sauberkeit,nettes und professioneles Personal.Ein Lob für den Architekten .Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.Die Stadt sollte unbedinkt den alten Bahnhoff restaurieren,dann wäre auch die Umgebung perfect. |

Das wunderschöne gebäude, das ambiente, architekturdetails und einrichtung im art deco stil, der "hinterhof" als restaurant und bar, überall stimmungsvolle fotos (schwarz-weiss) vom polnischen "ruhrpott". würde das hotel in new york, paris, london stehen würde es sehr berühmt geworden, denn das design hat weltklasse. eigentlich nichts...............ausser den frühstückstellern-sie waren zu bieder. |

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, das Restaurant. Aufgrund der Größe der Zimmer würde ein größerer Fernseher (Flachbildschirm) besser passen und man würde besser sehen .Flüssigseife im Bad wäre auch super. |

bardzo mila obsluga dla ktorej nie ma rzeczy niemozliwych. W pokojach jest dość pustawo, brakuje bibelotow, ktore mogłyby ożywić surowe wnętrze. |

Das Design (Art deco) schafft eine wunderbar harmonische und entspannte Atmosphäre. Ruhig, zentral. Ein Geheimtipp für Reisende abseits von seelenlosen Businesshotels! Leider, war das Schwimmbecken abends sehr überfüllt. |

Bardzo miła obsługa. Lokalizacja hotelu pozwala na szybkie przemieszczanie się po mieście oraz podróżowanie liniami kolejowymi ( dworzec jest blisko ). |

Pozytywnie oceniam serwis, wygląd i wyposażenie łazienki, internet, chociaż nie korzystałam:) Nie podoba mi się styl, w jakim urządzony jest pokój, mimo to jest urządzony wygodnie. Pokój jest duży, łóżko wygodne. |
