the room was fantastic and the pool was even better. i went with my wife and two children and the set up was perfect for us. i beeked online from uk and was a little concerened about some of the negative points mentioned by other visitors and was pleased to say none of them were founded. a reteurant would be a good addition. |

All the staff were really friendly and helpful. It was clear from the start that nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel primarily caters for the German business traveller. While all the staff spoke very good English, only two of the television channels were in English (news) and there was no other entertainment facility (eg DVD or pay per view) available. We went to Poznan for a friends wedding and the city is very business and trade orientated so there really wasn't much to do after the wedding, than stay in the hotel. |

The best thing - 2 pools, 4 saunas :). The room and bathroom are spacious, kitchinette was convenient to have. All the hotel is new, well designed. The surroundings are neat. Small shopping center close to the hotel. The bedclothes were not changed every day. Long distance till the center. |

The helpful friendly staff were very welcoming and made our stay a very nice one, I also have to say that the cleanliness was a thing that would encourage us to return again. |

There was a shopping mall and restaurant effectively on the same site. Unfortuantely all the rooms in the hotel Annex suffered from lack of full light tight blinds or curtains. Even the main window curtains in the room provided did not cover all the widow area so full privacy was not ensured. All the Annex room skylights had no blind whatsover, although one was to be provided sometime in the future. While the lack of proper, light tight, curtains is a common Polish hotel feature it was disappointing for such a multi [5*] star establishment. |

The rooms are fantastic, with excellent facilities, spaceous and very clean. The organisation is poor. The residence is split over 3 locations and the main reception is not signposted or clear. There was no staff on reception in the other buildings. The service and organisation is far from the 5 star standards that the residence claims. I attended a exhibition and the prices were doubled from the previous week. |

The Suites are always very nice and comfortable Too much light from the roof windows in the morning and noise from the road. Still no restaurant or swimming pool, although it is said in the description of the hotel. Breakfast is still quite boring. Reception is no longer in the same place, but this is not indicated in the previous reception - Had to call to find out. A pity that the super suites don't have the services/facilities at a corresponding level. |

Just an overnight stay but even with late arrival and morning check-out there was time to feel the impressive spirit of a renovated factory (I guess) with modern design till he last detail. Quiet and huge rooms not far from the centre. Plastic McDonald style breakfast could be served in a better way. |

The service and accommodation were excellent. The setting within the complex is high quality and there is a feeling of relaxed efficiency. A bar which opens later would have been useful and an onsite restaurant may be an advantage. |

the location, the hygiene, the space of the room, the facilities included.I believe its ideal for families not for young couples the first room they gave us was on the side of the road and was too hot and noisy so we have to go on the reception to give us a new room |

It is really an apart hotel with a fully fitted small kitchen unit, a luxurious bathroom and a modern designer look to the room. It is in a quiet location but has a small shopping arcade where you have a range of facilities. Everything worked and was new so it was a great stay. Staff are charming and helpful. Rooms in block a are near the shopping arcade but away from reception. Block b has reception, no arcade but a dry cleaners and are nearer to the Spa Centre. The room I stayed in (a6) has two large skylights directly above the bed that are not covered so you wake up with the light (5am in the summer)and there is no way to darken the room during the day. The curtains on the window are too small and do not cover the windows completely so you had better like a bright room. As described, there is no wireless internet in the room but the note on the website is misleading because the free wifi hotspots in the public areas belong to cafes so you need to purchase something before you receive a logon id and password. |

The unusually large size of the room, makes it a very relaxing place to stay. Having a kitchen in the room is very peasant as you can please yourself for breakfast and have snacks available when you wish. |

Pool was magnificant! The room was luxurious! Comfy bed, bright clean bathroom! Lots of wardrobe space! And the breakfast was delicious! When I ordered my breakfast for 7 o'clock on Saturday morning they failed to mention that breakfast began at 8 on weekends. I had to leave without anything to eat or drink. Kitchenette was unusual, had a cooker but no saucepans, fridge, but you could not plug this in! Also quite difficult to find your way around, reception and room were in two different buildings and I didn't receive very helpful directions! |

the furniture and the flat were very modern and functional, beautifully made. Very confortable and nice. The breakfast is served in the rooms the small winodows on the ceiling don't have appropriate curtains therefore you can see the day light very very early in the morning. The quality of the breakfast served is not very good |

For your guidance please note that I did not stay in a hotel. This is not a hotel but a block of apartments. Having said that I liked the size of the room. It is quite large and well distributed however it is not a hotel. This is definitley misleading This is definitely not a hotel. It is a block of comfortable apartments whic is overpriced. |
