Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr freundlich und sprechen deutch. Sauberkeit im Hotel ist sehr gut. Das Essen im Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Lage zum Zentrum ist auch gut gelegen.Nur zu empfehlen!!!!!!!!

Das Hotel Polonia wurde ganz renoviert. Es liegt gegenüber dem Bahnhof und in der Nähe der Stadtmitte. Trotzdem hält sich der Verkehrslärm in Grenzen. Vor dem Hotel gibt es einige kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. In unserem Zimmer hatten wir einen kleinen Kühlschrank und einen Fernseher. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut geheizt. Informationsmaterial über Ratibor war vorhanden. Das Frühstück - z.Teil als Buffet - war gut. Leider war das WLAN offen. Wenn wir an der Rezeption waren, sprach dort niemand Deutsch.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern und ausgezeichneter Küche.Zentrale Lage,gute Parkmöglichkeit und ein Hauch von schlesischer Nostalgie.Sehr empfehlenswert.

schone kamer, lekkere bed, lekkere koffie ik dacht dat ik een kamer met twee bedden nast elkaar boekte, ter plekken kwma ik achter dat bedden achter elkaar stonden... lekker romantisch dus:-P ik vind jammer dat ik het niet wist anders zou ik andere kamer boken.

Kuerzlich renoviert, sehr sauber Besser ein Zimmer nach hinten verlangen. Unser Zimmer ging zur Strasse. Da es sehr warm war, mussten wir nachts das Fenster oeffnen. Dann war doch etwas Strassenlaerm.

Sauber, netter Service. Relativ laut, da an einer verkehrsreichen Straße gelegen. Hatten zwei Zimmer mit Doppelbetten gebucht aber nur ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett bekommen.
