This hotel is tops for customer care. The staff are very helpful, courteous and speak good English. The breakfasts are substantial, varied and good value for money. The rooms are just as one would expect from a large chain, air-conditioned, comfortable and clean but without frills. Ok so the siting of the hotel is its weakness but taxis into the city are cheap (about £5 each way) and it is convenient for Lawica airport. It is not on a bus or tram route and they do charge for parking. |

Excellent value for money (it was an offer on booking.com). Very helpful staff. Free parking offer was nice topping. Location is very nice if you have a car. Lots of greenery/forest around, yet not far at all from the center of Poznan. Shower switch was hard to use |

The air condition wasn't working. They lied to me twice when I asked to be(/if it was) repaired. They had just one plug adapter for the whole hotel so I couldn't use my own fan and only when the guard thought I was sitting dangerously close to the window they brought me in my room a fan to be able to sleep during the night, after they had already lied to me once more for not having any fan!!! |

Comfortable room, good price, parking, free wi-fi, out of center traffic. the parking is on charge and taxi is the only way to reach the center of the city (20-25 zloty) |

it is literally outside Poznan, no connections to this place, you just have to walk for 3 kilometres until you find it in the middle of nowhere! |

Warunki typowe dla hotelu Campanile - bardzo komfortowe łóżko, bardzo ładna łazienka, miła obsługa w recepcji, mimo późnej pory żarówka w łazience wymieniona bardzo szybko od momentu zgłoszenia. Zawiedzeni byliśmy podartymi i brudnymi ręcznikami (czarne brudne plamy). Hotel położony typowo dla zmotoryzowanych. Jeśli ktoś - tak, jak my - musiał do hotelu dotrzeć na własnych nogach, miał do wyboru dwie możliwości- drogą wylotową, a dokładniej jednym jej pasem (bez chodnika dla pieszych) bądź okrężną, drogą gruntową od tyłu hotelu, laskiem przy torach kolejowych, bez oświetlenia. |

tak było bardzo sympatycznie, bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa w recepcji. personel w restauracji jest beznadziejny nie jest zainteresowany gośćmi, w czasie sniadania nie zabrali nawet raz brudnych naczyń ze stołu a jedynie rozmawiali i pili kawe w barze nie interesujaca sie tym co dzieje sie na sali a bylo na 4 osoby czulismy sie zniesmaczeni. |
