Very clean, quaint, friendly hotel. Excellent restaurant and location/proximity to pottery shops. Room needed some minor repairs - shower head was broken. Scratchy towels. |

It's situated in the North part of town, within 2 km of the city center. They are very close to lots of ceramic stores within walking distance. They have a secure parking lot with servalence camera and restraurant (which is ok). Pottery shop inside the hotel has good prices. There are a ton of dried flower arrangements (for sale)hanging all over the hotel and in the rooms. If you have allergies to stuff like that, it will not be a good place to stay. The rooms are basic, nothing fancy, but get the job done for the right price. |

It is only two blocks up a hill to The Ceramic Factory. There was a good restaurant attatched to the hotel. It made it really easy for me to be there with my three children. Apparently my daughter would not have normally had to pay since she was three. I had added her to the price of the hotel thinking it was "3 and up", but since I had used booking.com, the hotel said I was obligated for the price I was quoted here. Also, we left a day early, but the hotel charged us anyway since we were obligated using this booking agency. |

from what I could see it looked like the best hotel in the area.Close to pottery shopping. Fine if you dont have kids with you. I have children, I did not feel it was a child friendly place. We paid for the room at the beginnig of our stay because they kept making comments about the price when ever we entered the lobby. My son had an allergic reaction to bedding. so we had to cut the trip short. and of course the would not refund us the last night that we were not there. |

The staff was great. Friendly and upbeat. The beds were low and for someone who has a hard time getting up from a low point it was difficult. |

Very nice hotel, breakfast was excellent! People that work at the hotel were very friendly and informative. We'll difinitely stay there again. The only thing we didn't like is the shower:( There's no tub just open floor so when you shower the whole room gets wet:( |

This was my 5th time staying at the Protea. Each time is more pleasurable than the last. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the restaurant was excellent and the stores located by reception were fantastic. I can't wait for my next trip to Poland! |

Stay in a magnificent Neo-Renaissance castle, located at the end of a long avenue with Linden trees, in the peaceful, small village of Kliczków. |
