The hotel is centrally located in Warsaw, within walking distance of the "old town" Staff are exceptionally polite and helpful, with a good command of languages. The rooms are not large, but very well maintained, and the restaurant facilities are traditional for the area and of a high standard

Location close to railway station & yet within easy reach of the old city of Brugge. Room cleanliness was excellent. Having to pay cash on arrival; this was not clear at the time of booking, so I had to go to an ATM. Hotel not clearly marked on the street- its a terrace house entrance. If it had been at night it would have been difficult tro find. Landlady (though very pleasant & helpful) was absent and I had to contact her by phone on my arrival in order to gain entry. Thankfully the weather was good at the time. The accomodation is still undergoing improvements. My room was very nice, but the front door, stairs and hallway still need some improvements. I think the rate at 105 Euros was high considering this is a bed & breakfast, not a hotel.

Breakfast was good. Room was very small; requested for double room but got 2 tiny twin beds instead; room was facing constructon site hence noisy; insufficient tourist info at concierge; location too far from Centrum

Check-in was very fast because I already stayed in this hotel. Internet available via cable - the best choise for me. Hotel missing air-con so there was terrible hot (as outside was about 32 degrees). Guy at reception was very slow during check-out. Seems waiting for something...

The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and assisted in everything whenever requested. Buffet breakfast offered a good range of food (including vegetarian), juices and fruits. The only downside I would point out it is the location. The best way to get there after midnight is a taxi. However, during the day there are trams going to the city center and it is a 10 minute ride.

The place is unpretentious and the staff are all friendly. Lots of Polish customers, rather than foreigners, so they obviously feel at home there. 1) Perhaps the beds could go up a level or two, for the money. Having said that, I am super-demanding about mattresses in general so others might not feel the same. 2) The location is generally good but felt a *little* too far from the centre for my liking – I would say it is fine for people who know the ropes, or who are there for longer, or who want that particular end of town, but not 100% ideal for people like me who are going for just a couple of days, and who are not familiar with Warsaw.
