Hôtel parfaitement situé, de bon confort, belle salle de restaurant. Petit déjeuner buffet soigné et personnel de service attentionné. |

Location, Customer service, SPA, breakfast, charm, old russian style. Room light is poor, room was little, shower cabine was little, sound isolation from the corridor is poor, you can hear very well people outside. |

Wonderful and helpful staff, perfect location-near Sopot center & very close to the train station, breakfast was very good with substantial variety, really nice stay- I would stay again |

It was very comfortable, the rooms are very clean and well furnished and the shower was very good. It is well situated, close to all shops, cafes and the beach, but still quiet. At breakfast, tables are not cleared so it can be difficult to find anywhere to sit, and some of the food ran very low. It would be nice to have English Breakfast Tea instead of Earl Grey. |

I did like the view that the room i stayed in provide and i was close to alot of things like the centrum and the beach. No inside garage! |

dark and small room, small window. lamp and fridge were out of order,. there was a half drunk water instead. rated 5star is far too much. |

Big, beautiful room with a lovely balcony. Good location by the railway station and a few metres from the main street in Sopot. Good buffet breakfast with real fruit juices rather than squash. Staff were polite but not very friendly/welcoming/helpful. |

Location is excellent Room ( 211) was small and dingy.Bathroom was tiny with very small shower cubicle. Sheets were changed twice in 6 days.Carpet was never vacuumed.Tiny closet. Breakfat was only O.K. Nowhere near 5-Star |

It's a beautifully decorated hotel with a gorgeous breakfast room / restaurant. It's also exceptionally well-located, particularly if you are traveling by train. (It's literally less than a two-minute walk from the station.) |

The hotel is in an excellent location, staff are very helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable There was a confusion as to if I had paid the bill, I had been told that I needed to pay at the begining of my stay, and then at the end they tried to charge me again. There was a lack of communication between staff |

Das elegante Hotel hat ein schönes Ambiente, aufmerksame Angestellte und ein gutes Frühstück. Die Zimmerlage war zum Bahnhof, daher war es nicht möglich, mit geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht ausstellen und der Fernseher hatte nur 1 deutschsprachiges Programm. |

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schön zentrale Lage. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. |

Hotel jest rewelacyjnie położony, parę kroków od sopockiego "monciaka". Niezłe śniadania. Bardzo przyjemne SPA. Dyskusyjny wystrój hotelu, spora ilość falbanek, kokardek, złoceń i tym podobnych. W łazience brak wystarczajacej ilości kosmetyków, a te które są - słabej jakości. Jako kuriozum w pięciogwiazdkowym hotelu należy ocenić plastikowe jednorazowe kubeczki z supermarketu w łazience. Łóżko bez żadnego zagłówka. Oglądając telewizor, trzeba opierać się o gołą ścianę. Sam telewizor jak rozumiem miał także nawiązywać do archaizującego wystroju wnętrza. Podsumowując całość: "wiele hałasu o nic". |

Sympatyczny personel, spokój i czystość, Brak parkingu bezpłatnego dla gości, oraz taksówki blokujące miejsca parkingowe bezpośrednio przed hotelem. Brak miejsc przy stolikach podczas śniadania. |
