Sauna and swimming pool was good, maybe sauna needs some repairing :-) Also restaurant was fine and relatively good food. Staff does not speak English, room was good but a bit oldish. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel, navigator try to turn to one-way road...

The restaurant was excellent. The SPA facilities, sauna and the water pool have all added the value and helped to relax after skiing. The hotel staff was always helpful and talked both German and English. The sound proofing could have been better. Luckily, most of the hotel visitors were responsible people and we have not suffered from the surrounding noice.

Nowy hotel po generalnym remoncie, z zewnątrz bardzo ładnie się prezentuje, wewnątrz (korytarze, pokoje) - czysto i przyjemnie, dobra kuchnia domowa, obsługa na poziomie. Parking przy hotelu. Wadą natomiast są godziny otwarcia- basenu, sauny/ spa, turyści w pierwszej kolejności nastawieni są na atrakcje związane z krajobrazem, w związku z czym poza hotelem przebywają większą ilość czasu,nie ma co liczyć na relaks w hotelu po godzinie 20-ej, klient hotelu nie skorzysta po tej godzinie ani z basenu hotelowego, jakuzzi ani też z sauny czy masażu :( wielka szkoda, po długich wyczerpujących wędrówkach górskich cudownych dopełnieniem byłaby możliwość skorzystania z tego co proponuje w swej ofercie hotel- czyli basenu i spa.

Personel hotelu był bardzo profesjonalny I niezwykle uprzejmy. Wszyscy bez wyjątku: recepcji, obsługa restauracji, osoby sprzątające byli zawsze pomocni I usmiechnięci. W ostatni dzień naszego pobytu w hotelu odbywała się kilunastoosobowa impreza firmowa. Niestety wiązało się to ze znacznym zakłóceniem spokoju wszystkich gości hotelowych. Coś takiego nie powinno się zdarzać I w związku z tym, nie zaryzykujemy już pobytu w Sasance.

Pokój I łazienka przyjemna , czysta , śniadania obfite I możliwość dużego wyboru , obsługa miła , cisza , ładne widoki z okien Mały parking,chwilowy brak kosmetyczki o czym dowiedziałam się na miejscu, zimna woda w basenie , drogie obiado - kolacje , słychać przejeżdzający pociąg , krótki prysznic przy samej ścianie , trzeba długo czekać na ciepłą wodę

отдыхали в январе с двумя маленькими детьми. расположен далеко от подъемников. отель в неплохом стиле, уютный ресторанчик, но с достаточной ограниченным меню. завтраки были отличные (шведский стол). жили на втором этаже в 11 номере. номер небольшой площади, но чистый. изменились планы и вместо запланированных 4 дней в отеле были 2. при оплате номера возникли проблемы, так как за первые два дня пребывания просили оплатить большую сумму, хотя при бронировании не были указанны различные суммы по дня. в итоге, после переговоров, мы заплатили сумму из расчета равномерного распределения стоимости.

De Spa en zwembad waren goed. Erg dure 4-persoonskamer kamer, waarvan 2 bedden omgezet waren in een zeer slecht liggende en vieze slaapbank. Was het qua prijs absoluut niet waard. Ontbijt was niet vers (tot 4 dagen na oud en nieuw feest waren de restanten nog grotendeels terug te vinden in het ontbijt). Weinig initiatief van het personeel, regelen erg weinig, geen inzicht, niet erg behulpzaam. Ook qua informatie over het skiën beneden pijl, boden geen alternatieven toen het locale skigebied te weinig sneeuw had, terwijl het er wel was (na zelf uitzoeken).

Wystrój hotelu dopracowany jest w szczegółach co sprawia dobre pierwsze wrażenie. Hotel oferuje duży komfort I udogodnienia (basen, sauna, spa, bilard, itp.). Polecam bardzo smaczne śniadania. Generalnie dobry punkt wypadowy w góry. Obsługa hotelu sprawiała wrażenie jakby pracowała tu z przypadku. Internet bezprzewodowy działa tylko w pobliżu recepcji natomiast w dalszych pokojach nie było już zasięgu. Hotel położony jest przy torach jednak tych kilka pociągów na dzień nie było aż tak dużym problemem.

Das Personal, durchwegs jüngere Personen, waren sehr bemüht, freundlich und kompetent. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr zu empfehlen, täglich leicht unterschiedliches Angebot, fast überreichlich. Restaurantpersonal sehr freundlich. Kinderfreundliches Haus.

Zbyt głośno od strony parkingu, goście palą tam papierosy i zapach roznosi soę po pokojach. Mała łazienka, studio dla 4 osób a trzy mają problem z komunikacją.

Oferowali na bookingu pokój z łóżkiem podwójny po przyjeździe okazuje się ze sa dwa pojedyncze dopiero po ostrej interwencji I wypominaniu ze strony obsługi udało się uzyskać zamawiany standard, problem z parkingiem - zapomnieli chyba ze klienci przyjeżdżają samochodami, uwaga na pokoje - hotel położony bezpośrednio przy torach kolejowych!!! - na szczęście udało nam się zamienić na druga stronę, woda w jacuzzi najnormalniej smierdzi grzybem, generalnie przekonuję się że jak wypoczywać to nie w Polsce - widać nasi hotelarze maj już za dużo klientów

Deutschsprachiges Personal. Deutsch auf der Speisekarte. Hallenbad im Haus mit Bademeister.Kinderfreundlich. Parkplatz zu klein. Man muss rückwärts aus Innenhof herausstossen.Zum Skilift muss man mit dem Auto durch die ganze Stadt.

Het ontbijtbuffet , zwembad en de sauna De eerste dag kregen we geen schone handdoeken en werd de kamer niet gedaan omdat het zondag was.Ook waren we niet blij dat er twee losse bedden in de kamer stonden i.p.v. een twee persoonsbed.
